Just wanted to share a thank you note for today’s evening service. I made an order in drive through and had to correct my order upon reaching the window. The staff were so friendly and showed great professionalism. Really appreciate the team. Thank you.

Cute little Timmies, it's very small on the inside but I usually go through the drive thru. No complaints here, service has always been great and the drive thru always keeps moving even through rush hours. Not a whole lot of room for parking.

The people who work at the drive thru are very nice and polite, however they always confuse the ordres. One time they gave me two wraps instead one, so it is not always a bad thing.

Generally a poor place to visit in terms of the building small and no cover at the drive through so your car will be wet inside when it rains otherwise it's Tim's quality with reasonably nice

Order is consistently wrong and the muscular male working drive thru till has made me very uncomfortable on several occasions. Today I asked for more napkins and he made a bizarre off hand remark asking if I had more money. He also forgot my muffin and has been argumentative about the Tim hortons rewards.

Very disappointed in the staff they messed up on our order when i asked for oat milk in the hazelnut cold brew they ended up giving me cream instead and my wife who is allergic ended up drinking it now has a headache, tummy ache, and her throat is soar she can tolerate small amounts of dairy but that was totally unacceptable all they did was refund me for the drink

I go to this tims almost every day. and almost everyday they fail to get my order right and when they do they almost always fail to stir the coffee so all the sugar is at the bottom. I have to tell them every time to stir it properly. Is it really that difficult? I'm done with this place. absolutely sucks.

weekday afternoon crew is the best :) I'm in there a few times a week on my lunch breaks and they almost always have my order up on the screen before I walk in the door. don't know if it's me being biased towards them or not but I swear they make my drink so much tastier than when I come at other times of day or visit other locations. always super friendly and pleasant!
