I’m a regular customer at Tim Hortons, and the coffee is usually great. However, this time the amount of cream was much less than usual, which really changed the taste of my coffee. The staff member was polite and friendly, and explained that they have to follow the standard recipe, which I understand. Still, I think a bit more attention to the balance of ingredients would make the customer experience much better. Overall, the service was nice and the place was clean, but the drink quality could use a bit more care

One of the worst service in all the Tim hortons! They didn’t charge the things that we wanted so we have to order again in the drive thru , worst attitude for the Asian lady and they didn’t cut the bagels. Also wrong flavor in the Timbits! Horrible service !
Tight lil' Timmy's drive thru behind the gas station. The inside can get tight with lineup for ordering and pickups. The crew does amazing job keeping it going in a tight space. Please give napkins with order.
