Don't bother going here in the evenings if you ever want potato wedges. 75% of the time they don't have them. Any other time this place is decent and relatively efficient.

Worst experience ever!! Spent about 20 minutes in this location!! I was in drive through, placed my order!! They gave me the incomplete order!! I see that later!! The plaza was so busy I had to park my car in the opposite plaza then walk in to get my order and I had to wait for about 10 minutes in the line again!!

Very efficient friendly staff, have used this location weekly since it's inception and never had any.problems. Whether it's Coffee, gasoline/oil or milk, or a snack they've always met my needs. And now I use them for my small Amazon purchases.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the drive-thru staff at this location. On several occasions, I’ve encountered cashiers who were noticeably unfriendly. Most recently, around 1:10 PM today, 2025-06-22, the young woman assisting me was particularly rude. She didn’t greet me, ignored my greeting, avoided eye contact, and didn’t acknowledge me when I said thank you. There is also another young female cashier I’ve dealt with before who shows consistently rude and even insulting behavior. These kinds of interactions are disappointing and make customers feel disrespected.

It’s genuinely disappointing to be treated this way, especially from a brand like Tim Hortons where good customer service is expected. I hope management reminds staff of the importance of basic courtesy and respect. If someone is unhappy with their job, there are many others who would gladly take the opportunity and serve customers with a better attitude.

The drive through staff can be very rude and impolite. They are often very abrupt on the intercom and cold and unfriendly at the drive through window. There have been times when they didn’t even make eye contact and simply thrust the visa payment device at me. My advice is to possibly educate your staff on customer service. I can see they have zero interest in the job and would rather be anywhere else but there. If that’s the case they should quit and pursue a different career. I’ll opt out going to this Tim Horton from now on. I’ve been going here for years so it’s very sad and unfortunate. These staffers should take notes from the Tim Horton staff in whistler. The service is truly remarkable compared to these people. There’s one young lady in particular who is extremely cold and unfriendly. She exudes very bad vibes. Makes me almost uncomfortable. She would’ve been there today Sunday June 1st around 10am.

Worst place to have coffee. Coffee is not the one I ordered and the staff was so rude to provide another one. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Employee need to change the attitude.

I go through the drive-thru every morning for my coffee, and Rain is always a pleasure to interact with. She greets me with a smile and provides consistently friendly service. The coffee is always great tasting, and her positive attitude brightens my day. Thanks for starting my mornings off right!
