Its a gas station, so the atmosphere isn't great, but the people are lovely. Can be busy, i think the employees deserve a raise, they work so hard!

Ordered on mobile app. They had none of what I ordered. Took me an hour on the phone and a week and I still have not got a refund for lost points and money. You would think that the location and could reimburse your money on the spot and just cancel the transaction. Would be nice if their inventory was tied to the app.

I visit this Tim Hortons from time to time. It happens often that they deliver the wrong coffee (dark vs medium roast, or small / medium size). Today I got a breakfast wrap and a coffee. On top of a mistake in type of coffee, I am dealing with diarrhea for the past 4 hours. Avoid this place.
This Tim’s is the best.I order from home and it’s always ready when I get there with a smile. I am not a constant, but order enough that they will fix my order the way I wanted it if I forget to click on something.The best.
