Really poor communication skills. They don’t even smile at customers. I have been here since four years, doing my last sem. They hired best team like a year before. Two girls and a boy. Amazing team it was. However, I understand owner can’t just a hire bunch of good people it is luck sometimes.

I've come here many times and have never had any issues. I've only ordered french vanilla's, coffee's, and donuts here and they've always been great. The staff here is friendly and the quality is consistent. No complaints here, they do what they're supposed to.

Not food, only drinks
I swear every time I get a coffee from here there’s hair in it. Seriously is it that difficult to keep your hair out of the drinks? I wish any other cafe was there then this one.
They don’t have any thing except Iced cap and French vanilla and other drinks don’t even taste good. Atleast bring an iced coffee here. I am done drinking them from the last 2 years. Please change something.
So, i bought Mocha ice capp there and they didn’t put whipped cream on it. When i asked a girl employee to put the whip cream on top of it she said you have to pay for it. Seriously? Why did i buy mocha ice capp at first place? And i told her that this is first time happening with me as none of any other tim hortons did this before. She said I don’t know about that. Like bro, she don’t even know how to treat the customers. Really bad experience. Please look after this
