I really hate leaving reviews but Valerie is easily the rudest person who works at this Tim Hortons. I ordered some timbits and there was nobody in line. She forgot about them which happens I get it so I reminded her and she angrily said “ok?!”. I was taken aback and confused as to why she was so upset AND she still didnt give me the timbits. Her colleague (who was very sweet) eventually gave me my order while Valerie was laughing with one of her subway friends in the hallway....
I've come here many times and have never had any issues. I've only ordered french vanilla's, coffee's, and donuts here and they've always been great. The staff here is friendly and the quality is consistent. No complaints here, they do what they're supposed to.
Very nice customer service and a good place to head start a day with a fresh cup of coffee?
