This is a gem of a resto located off the path in a heavily commercial area of North Vancouver. Don't let the location put you off. EVO cars may be dropped off nearby and the Phibbs Exchange bus loop is only a few minutes walk away. The food is classic French with what seems just the right amount for appetisers and mains. The wine list is short but well-chosen and reasonably priced. It is a small resto so reservations are recommended. Our only quibble is the use of paper napkins. For such a quality spot, they take away from overall experience. Other than that, highly recommended!

Food overall was pretty good, a little expensive, but overall not bad. Escargot was really good, not overcooked and chewy, only complaint is that it's a bit too salty. Braised beef was also good, if a little dry, but the flavours of the overall dish was good. Location is a little out of the way if you don't live in the area. Overall I'm glad I went, but for the price and everything else it's definitely a one-and-done experience. 3.5/5 STARS

Appetizers and main course (dinner) were amazing. So tasty, beef was tender. Unfortunately, the bottle of wine opened and served was not what we ordered. It was good and when the bill came, the cost had been discounted, but the server did not tell us in advance nor present the bottle before opening. We were not offered coffee, tea or dessert despite being the last patrons in the restaurant at 7:45 on a Wednesday evening. We had to ask for our bill.

So tasty! I recommend the escargot. It's flavourful and paired perfectly with the bread. The beatroot salad has a delicious blend of flavours that are light and satisfying. Can't wait to try more of the menu!

Tour de Feast catered my small wedding and did an amazing job! They were so lovely to work with, thoroughly explaining the pickup process, how the food would need to be heated and providing everything necessary. The dinner was delicious, and everybody was happy. I highly recommend them!

Four of us had dinner. We all tried each others dishes and I must say this was one of the absolutely BEST meals I have Ever had and I’m 56! The steak, duck breast and pork were literally at the top of my list of meals I’ve had, and I’ve had some amazing meals.
To be honest, had it not been for the gift certificates we were given by Kingdom Builders- such a great crew!- we wouldn’t have ever dined here as it doesn’t look like much from the outside. But we are so very thankful for our dinner tonight as it was world-class!!
