The most excellent service and the food are the best.

very nice selection of meats and burgers of course, but what especially impressed me is that they seem to be very dog friendly (on the patio). Vancouver doesn't have many dog friendly eateries, unfortunately, even the patios require you to tie the dogs up outside the seating area. I had initially left my dog in the car to go grab a burger, but then noticed two dogs sitting on the patio, so I brought him out. It was so nice to have my dog sit with me while I ate outside. not only that, a very nice person from the staff found me outside and asked if my dog would like a raw bone. I really appreciate that and I'll definitely be back.

Update 2024: not sure what is changed but not what it used to be. We tried few times after reopening but neither burger nor hotdog is something special you’d pay that money for.Unbeatable! Hands down the best meat shop and burger in town!

Burgers beers and meat.

Surrounded by Wagyu and Dry-aged meat this grill creates excellent food. I had a burger sensory overload with pickles, seedy mustard and a brioche bun that melts in your mouth.

Have been to the store several times and have bought their products from other stores and everything has been very good quality. But twice now, I've gone into the store and expect to get the freshest meat. But that wasn't the case. We got their sausage and both times they've been slightly off . I will not buy them again. Too bad!

Steak was overcooked)-upsetting as ive been wanting to try this place for years. best part of the dish was the side spinach & fries), we also tried the Burger & Beer, the beef was too small for the burger (tiny & underwhelming, service was attentive, i didn't raise my concerns with the overcooked steak. Too be completely honest, the both of us were still hungry after our so called "lunch" meeting. We laughed and called them canapés.

Welcome to the Island- “nice to meat you” too. It’s a good thing they’re a butcher not an Uber- their cargo already met it’s maker. To your Sunday Sept 24th driver headed north on the Island highway - if tailgating a small car full of children in torrential downpour while driving the over the Malahat at night with your brights on is how you get excited about life, maybe do it in your personal vehicle and not a giant van that’s wrapped in your boss’s company branding. We were already at 5km over the limit while you rode our bumper through wet, winding, twilight roads- blinding us from behind and intimidating us with the insane proximity you where imposing. That is, until the lane finally split 10 minutes later and you were able to do your best nascar impression. Which I would estimate at around 120 in a 90…Super cool- we all wanna be you when we grow up.To the boss: Buy that horrible diver a few lessons before they turn some family into fresh meat.

A fabulous meat store and dine in restaurant in North Vancouver.I had been told by a friend that this was a great place to buy premium meat and decided to stop by when I was in North Vancouver. The meats here were of exceptional quality. We decided to try a selection of steak to BBQ later that evening. Rib Eye, Wagyu, and Sirloin. Naturally the Wagyu and Rib Eye was superb and the Sirloin delicious! The meat store is also a dine in restaurant and a large outdoor patio. There is an assortment of items to choose from including wine to accompany your dinner.Service was excellent and the meat selection extensive. I highly recommend this store and will return again next time I am in North Vancouver.

Delicious dry-aged cheeseburger! You can really taste the quality in the meat. Many meat options at this place and all very high quality. We definitely found a gem here. Will go again!

Smashed burger was bland. The patty lacking the distinctive charred flavour and the bun 'warm' and an okay platform for the meat.Fries tasting of the tallow, a deep umami taste. The texture was soft, not the initial crisp first bite customary of fries cooked twiceService friendly and prompt. The outdoor seating nice with a cool breeze.

We came on a Saturday around lunch time. There weren't many people inside at the time so we were able to be served quickly. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. You order at the front and they bring the food to your table (they give you a number). We ordered the burger and the Chilli fries. Both were pretty standard. The burger wasn't very juicy and just felt somewhat disappointing. There was nothing about it thay really stood out. The quality of the ingredients were good but other than that not much to say. The Chilli fries were very disappointing as the fries weren't crispy. They felt over fried and had a strong oil flavour. They were very generous with the toppings but other than that would not order this item again.Next time I visit I will definitely get some of their meat products and try that huge hotdog on the menu.
