That woman doesn't respect cleanliness at all and treats customers with angry and rude behavior. Customers are not important to the owner of this restaurant, because if he valued customers, would not have allowed such rude behaviour to employee. Also, if you see the kitchen of this restaurant, it is not possible to eat in this restaurant, because it is very dirty and they do not follow hygiene.

I've been a regular customer over 2yrs. But I should sadly say it's time to say goodbye.Normally I order pho with side of brisket. But for some reason, they don't give me BRISKET, but they give slices of SIRLOIN which I don't like. But OK. It's fine.BUT from Today, I'm not a fan of this place.Today I ordered House special pho with extra brisket and their broth is very blend. And since couple months ago, they don't give you a side Sriracha, their vege(bean sprout, basil, jalapeno) amount got shrunken. And I found today the meat quality is not good. (See the photo. Is this brisket or is it for a dog?) And they raised the price with very stiff gap. And my extra meat...? 5 SLICES OF SIRLOIN FOR 5BUCKS.Higher price. With low quality meal.Small amount of ingredients.You hate that amount so you pay more, but you still get 5 slices of inedible beef fat.Bye.It was haply for last 2yrs but no more...

I regularly order Uber eats from this place so I can’t speak to atmosphere or service but they sure do make a great pho! Definitely my favourite spot in north van!! Their fresh rolls and spring rolls are also to die for!

I’ve heard very good things so I tried it out. I got the Sate Peanut Pho w/ beef and it was great! Perfect for a chilly day. It does have some kick to it, but it is not too bad. I had to get it to go today but usually it’s much better to have Pho in house. It came with tons of veggies and noodles. The beef I wouldn’t mind having a little bit more of because it’s so thin and tender. *If you are new to pho, the beef will look raw but once you put in the soup it would cook.*I added a tiny bit of peanut butter to make it a bit creamier and it was perfect. The lady there was very sweet and courteous. I can’t wait to try the pad thai and spring rolls next time. Highly recommend!Parking: Parking around the area and I believe they have some in the back alley.

My favourite neighborhood pho ! My only problem is I didn’t come here sooner as I’ve lived on the block for many years. The menue is huge and the lady who works there huddles hard getting plenty of orders in! The chefs are amazing and they know me and my fiancé love the tempura prawns fresh batter and everytime we go in they have it going. The smoothies are phenomenal and the Vietnamese coffee is strong and delicious !! So thankful for this place ! The subs are absolutely delicious. I could keep going ! It’s a must try and must have !!! Highly recommend
