Good pricing, clean food and great selection of fresh veggies and some meat and fish options. Met 3 different employees and all are really kind. I eat light so the picture I included is what I usually get (you can get very stuffed as well if you pick all the things...)

Make sure to snap a fish stick in half... suppose to be baked.. I dont think they ever saw the inside of an oven. Pricey and raw, very kind service.

I love salad and making my own salad, however, be warned....the ingredients are by weight and they can add up fast. My advice is to get some fresh veggies at the market and just eat those. It is not as lavish as putting your own salad together, however, will save you some $$ in the long run. The ingredients when I've been there have been hit and miss in terms of freshness. Make you salad at home, save some dollars and spend on other things that are just as healthy options.

Salad.. Mmmmm.. A nice healthy lunch choice at Lonsdale Quay. Waterfront Salad Garden has a pretty good selection of salad choices to choose from that offers fresh produce. It is a little pricey but when you want a healthy choice in the market, this is the place to go to. On a nice sunshiny day, make you salad selection, pay for it and then take it outside and enjoy the beautiful views of downtown Vancouver from the Quay. You just can't go wrong with that view.
