Delicious hot chocolate with cookies and cream and chocolate. They are part of the on going hot chocolate festival.

Came here for the ice cream festival and they were not opened. What? The hot chocolate festival website indicates that they open at 12:00pm. We showed up at 12:42pm, it was pitched dark and doors were locked. If hours have changed, please update so people don't show up and be disappointed.

why don't they have toppings for ice cream but a lot for hot chocolate? 🥲 the eggnog ice cream was bomb!! highly recommend this place in the area but the worker are not very helpful or friendly. there are no sitting area as well, but they sell some candies there.

Don't come here if you want swift service.

Waited 20mins for a scoop of icecream. "Out of milk" by 650pm on a Sunday. Gave no receipts so I couldn't ask for refund after 20mins wait.

Had a fantastic time at this amazing shop. If you haven’t visited visit it for sure. Also, try the hot chocolate, because the hot chocolate has a lot of toppings, and kids love them toppings.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Take your kids here, summer or winter.

After the skating time, grab some hot chocolate.

Welcome Parlour serves amazing treats! The ice cream is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are super friendly. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some delicious desserts.

Wheelchair accessibility: stroller is easy to get in.

I was expecting more. The ice cream isn’t bad, but for the price, there are better options available. Inside Quay Market, for a slightly higher price, you can find excellent gelato that’s worth both the money and the calories.

Ice cream didn't really have a ton of flavour. Milkshake was very watered down with milk. Service didn't feel very inviting either.

It's alright, I didn't really like it. Way too sweet, and melty. Flavors are not good

Tourist trap. I agree with the many other reviews about their poor quality ice cream. That’s too bad since they have such a great location.

Staff have serious attitude, treat you like a nuisance, and the ice-cream tasted awful.

The door said "NATURAL Authentic Ice-cream". There was no line, but I couldn't get the attention of any of the 3 girls chatting together pretending they couldn't see me. Finally, I got the attention of a moody teenager who scowled at me when I asked about the ice-cream, she didn't want to tell me anything about it, not where it was made, or sourced, nothing. I asked for a split scoop, she snapped, "NO, we don't do that". I said that's ok I'll order 2 flavours then, almond mocha and espresso flake in a cup please.

Without a word, she scooped leftover melty ice-cream that was piled on top of the buckets into an ugly cardboard container, practically threw it at me across the counter and walked away. I paid and the girl at the till immediately turned away while I asked 3 times if there were napkins.

TASTE: awful! The almond mocha was slathered in that cheap sickly sweet chocolate sauce like you get on a McDonald's $2 sundae (what happened to "natural"?), and the espresso flake had zero pieces of flaky chocolate and lacked any flavour at all.

$8+tax for 2 melty scoops and a ton of attitude, absolutely awful experience.

There are so many other fantastic ice-cream shops in Vancouver, definitely avoid this one!!
