the last two times I went through the drive through and got a chicken strip meal I've had to throw it out because the chicken is clear and not cooked all the way through. very dangerous and disgusting! I see Im not the only one who has had this raw chicken experience, do better wendys!

When I started waiting it was just me. When I get my order taken it was a 10 person line up. Recommend going through drive theu

Very indifferent staff that are very slow and got 3 orders wrong just in the time I was there; they charged me the wrong price and when I pointed it out, without saying sorry or ‘my bad’ they just pushed a few buttons and turned away. Do yourself a favour and go to the a and w across the street

Initially, the service itself was friendly and fast with no complaints. But, the functionality of the restaurant is my biggest complaint. Moreover, I didn't appreciate the disability access of the door, as I am physically disabled person. Furthermore, the door doesn't properly open. Then, when you leave, it's even more terrible as it just unpredictability slams on you as you exit. Last all, you have a pop dispenser that pours your drinks in a manner that just flattens your pop quickly. I definitely wasn't impressed with the functionality of the place
We ordered the taki meal that advertises a bag of chips that they dont even have Took over 20 mins to get our mobile order I was then shorted food and had to go back the I get served this squished mess of a back potatoe barely any cheese. Didn't give forks to eat with or napkins We will not be back again Have given so many chances to this location

I’m honestly surprised by how little attention they pay when preparing orders. Today is the third time they’ve messed up my order. The first time, I understood it could be a mistake, so I ordered again. The second time, they didn’t send my full order but still charged me the full amount. Today I ordered for the last time, hoping they’d get it right and once again, they ruined it. It’s really not that hard to put a bun on a burger, yet they only sent me the lettuce. I double checked my order to make sure it wasn’t my mistake and no, they messed it up again. Terrible service.

After working a long overnight shift I was excited to get lunch early from Wendy’s I arrived at 1030am, the lunch menu was displayed, the cashier took my lunch order and money I then waited 10 minutes for her to tell me that oh sorry we are not serving lunch now…. I had to ask her 3 times when they would be she couldn’t give me answer. If this wasn’t the only Wendy’s in North van I would never return. Such unacceptable service and no communication between them
