We ordered the taki meal that advertises a bag of chips that they dont even have Took over 20 mins to get our mobile order I was then shorted food and had to go back the I get served this squished mess of a back potatoe barely any cheese. Didn't give forks to eat with or napkins We will not be back again Have given so many chances to this location

I’m honestly surprised by how little attention they pay when preparing orders. Today is the third time they’ve messed up my order. The first time, I understood it could be a mistake, so I ordered again. The second time, they didn’t send my full order but still charged me the full amount. Today I ordered for the last time, hoping they’d get it right and once again, they ruined it. It’s really not that hard to put a bun on a burger, yet they only sent me the lettuce. I double checked my order to make sure it wasn’t my mistake and no, they messed it up again. Terrible service.

After working a long overnight shift I was excited to get lunch early from Wendy’s I arrived at 1030am, the lunch menu was displayed, the cashier took my lunch order and money I then waited 10 minutes for her to tell me that oh sorry we are not serving lunch now…. I had to ask her 3 times when they would be she couldn’t give me answer. If this wasn’t the only Wendy’s in North van I would never return. Such unacceptable service and no communication between them

I could learn Punjabi if I stood inside for a day or two, that alone has kept me out of fast food places. Fast food is gross anyway and makes you fat. Unless you want weapons grade diabetes or want to be morbidly obese, you should avoid

Came for lunch only because it was convenient, ordered a chilli cheese fry, when I went to grab a fork for it there was zero forks available only spoons…however they were labeled as forks. I asked the cashier for a fork, she proceeded to hand it to be gripping the actual part I put in my mouth almost as if it was a death grip. I politely said to her “can I please have where you don’t touch the mouth part since you handle cash” her reply to me was “we don’t have wrapped ones”
That wasn’t the problem, it’s food service and food safety 101 you don’t touch the part of the utensil that goes in the customers mouth.
