White Spot Pemberton Plaza

Bruna was our server today, she was so friendly and made a very good experience for me and the girls I was with.

***update*** thank you white spot for good customer service on this issue, the restaurant corrected things very nicely and I appreciate the communication.

God forbid you come an hour to closing time and be met with such attitude, we literally left and didn’t even sit down over the waitress’s condescending tone. This happened on 06/13 evening at 830pm, the waitress went to sit us down but we asked if we can have a booth instead and she hesitated and goes “well…you’re here at closing time” excuse me? She shouldn’t be working customer service. Did not greet us politely not once smiled she literally looked and sounded like she hates her job.

Consistently great smashed potatoes 😄 great breakfast and burgers! Service was terrific here, always is. The atmosphere is just fine. Tables not too close, music is there. 😋🍔🍳☕

The waitress was great, not her fault that the kitchen wasn’t! It took 30 minutes for our food to arrive, the coffee was cold, and the vegetarian options weren’t too good and very few. We had another event and had to pack up our food and leave.

Was traveling through Vancouver and starving and the ladies here were absolutely outstanding in helping with some odd choices. So glad they had a lettuce wrap burger. That was probably one of the best ones I have ever had. The rest of our crew had fantastic burgers as well. Top notch never been to this restaurant before. Didn't know it was a West Coast chain until now. Next time I'll hear I'm definitely stopping back in. It was fantastic

So sad, what happened???? Popped by to pickup dinner on my way to class. Been sick so haven’t eatten in a couple days. Ordered old standby to go as I had a craving and only so much time.
Club on sourdough and zoo sticks.
Did they change the recipe?, are meals different recipe’s at each store? . Club sadly was super dry with only little mayo and zoo sticks were dead with what looked like was a previously used tartar sauce. Tartar Sauce…..
Ewwwwww. So sad
Staff that took my order were great and super quick But $29 with tip to get home and be totally let down…. not worth it. 😞

Not always accommodating to requests online. With the prices they charge they could accommodate requests. I have ordered their new Yorkie apps twice so far with no au jus on it, dry and tasteless without the au jus. You spend over 60 and can't accommodate requests. The service at this location has gone down.

They are so overworked and understaffed. They are such lovely wait staff though.
I had the Turkey thanksgiving dinner and it was mostly pretty awful. Highlight was the mashed potatoes and gravy. The Turkey was white processed deli -like dry meat. Major disappointment.
I ordered the Granny Smith apple pie as a lady hope. Horrendous. The pie filling was commercially made and tasted of chemicals. The crust was a disgrace. The waiter was even apologetic. He said ya I know and credited me the price of the pie.

My husband and I are Saturday morning regulars. We find the quality of the ingredients are excellent and think White Spot has the best multigrain toast! All the servers are delightful but Liam stole our hearts and makes us feel so special! What a great guy and a wonderful asset for White Spot!

The team there cares about their service and was quick to make things right and sought to improve their service - huge respect for that.

It’s clear they deeply care about your experience and the food was good. With that, I’d recommend giving them a visit.

Kids loved the boat that comes with the kids meal. Very friendly staff. Didn't wait long to be seated. Came for lunch!
