“The food was good overall, with some dishes standing out more than others. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. However, based on my experience with the food, I’m not sure if I would return.”

Wasn’t overly impressed with my go to dishes (sweet and sour pork and crispy ginger beef), but was absolutely blown away by the chicken chow mein and the beef and broccoli (best I’ve ever had)

Good dinner. Manager served our food. She was not very friendly and didn't seem to appreciate our choosing to dine at her establishment. Wonderful is probably not the correct name for the restaurant.

BEWARE! Prices posted online do not reflect in-store prices. We bought a dinner for 6 and it was 150 dollars, instead of the advertised 70. For this price, dishes were extremely small.
When I phoned to inquire, I was met with a dismissive, hostile, and condescending response. The host had the audacity to tell me to come in and ask for menu prices/options if I wanted to order take-out in the future. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

First time coming here and the food is delicious. The rice is cooked perfectly, sweet and sour pork is well balanced and crispy. The wonton is great as well.

Great restaurant with both authentic and westernized dishes. We have lived in many places across North America and this is one of the best places to get Chinese food. (I am Chinese btw)

The Wor Wonton soup is a go to when my wife isn’t feeling well. Always excellent for take out.

Excellent meal (take out). They are always friendly. They made an error on our last take out and generously comped us 2 mains this time AND gave us extra large portions.
We loved everything! Best we had in a long while. Very fresh ingredients, excellent flavours. Friendly service.

Beef and broccoli was amazing crisp vegetables and lots of tender beef best beef and broccoli I ever had pork Fred rice amazing sweet and sour pork so good .. wonton soup very good ..
Huge portions this place knows how to keep people coming back .
5 star ⭐️ next time will try fried ginger beef and thick fried noodles
the takeout from this place is good, ive had it a few times but sometimes the food has all this condensation. Thats the worst part about takeout i guess but it cannot be avoided. I always come in with my family, we're a family of seven and the plates are huge! We ordered two fried rices, a chow mein for the kids, the spicy beans, sweet sour boneless pork, and the almond chicken. It was great, but the almond chicken is a little greasy. Luckily my family are fans of deep fried stuff! I definitely recommend the spicy beans, amazing every time we come.
My high school is just around the corner from this restaurant, so my friends and I often come here for lunch. Their lunch specials are around $17 and absolutely delicious! Each meal comes with a spring roll, your choice of wonton or hot and sour soup, and a main dish. I had the deep-fried boneless pork with spicy salt and pepper, served with rice—it was incredible! The portion size is just right, making it a perfect lunch compared to school cafeterias. I will say though, it was very warm in there.
Wonderful Szechuan is hands down the best Chinese food on the North Shore! If you’re in Lynn Valley, this spot is a must-try. While their takeout is great, dining in is an entirely different experience—you won’t want to miss it. The chicken with ginger and green onion is incredibly fragrant and flavorful, and the house special fried rice is just as delicious.
Also, make sure to check their actual menu at the restaurant. I noticed the online versions are outdated and were posted by customers years ago. Definitely worth a visit!
Love the spicy bean dish.
