What an interesting place - pleasantly surprising coffee shop that becomes a wine bar in the eve - and some clothing and gear for sale as well … I forgot to take pics of the food .. we shared the smoked salmon capers and cream cheese crostini … was quite nice with good flavor profile. Watched the food being served to other people - good portion sizes - well played and they all looked tasty. Definitely a place we will try again

I've tried supporting this local business on 4 separate occasions. Each time I have left disappointed. The food is not only bland, but sometimes just not even cooked properly. Portions are small, and prices are high. Rise and Shine is fine to grab a quick coffee and baked good, but I wouldn't recommend spending money on a meal.

Really quite disappointing breakfast with under-cooked potatoes, bland sausage, scrambled eggs that were brown and not scrambled, and “toast” that was barely toasted. I think even the least experienced home cook could make a better breakfast.
It’s sad because this looks like a cute little spot, but the food is really not worth the price at all. The cinnamon buns are the only thing really worth having here.

Partner and I came in here for New Years Day and we both got the Chicken and Waffles. Chicken was so flavourful. Benny on top of the waffle was so savoury and complimented the hollandaise beautifully! Definitely a 10/10! Will be coming back for this!

Seriously the worst breakfast I’ve got served in a restaurant in my entire life. I asked for over easy eggs, I received overcooked eggs, hard like rubber, I could not even chew and swallow them. The sourdough bread was dense and tasted bad. I ended up leaving without eating what I had on my plate. I would be ashamed to serve that to customers. I regret spending money for the worst breakfast ever. They are lucky that I gave a tip. BTW the minimum tip you can give on their machine is 15% which is BS.

We've been in Rise and Shine as a first timer to dine with them but not first in OK falls area. We're happy we've had tried their food and coffee over our lunch somewhere else. Now, the place feels welcoming and pleasant to stay. They have lots to offer other than f&b. Their coffee are fantastic, no bitter taste. I can say acceptable without a single doubt and presentation wise, it was awesome!😊
Then the food, we've tried bfast prosciutto and figs and mine was the classic. The red skin potatoes are not crispy though it was described at the menu it should be crispy. Scrambled eggs and bacon are basic but their sourdough bread was phenomenal!🫶
Pricing over quality: for me, its a little pricey because of the portion But for sure there's always room for re-develop or changes in a good better way.
Overall, this spot is good to go to before your ice cream dessert on summer days OR a quick bfast/lunch/dinner as a soloist, couple or family.
Tip: the place is close to or in between Tickleberry and nearby lake park.

There is a great deal of skill and dedication on display here. The dishes we sampled exceeded our expectations. The flight of soups was quite delightful. The avocado sandwich was delicious, and beautifully presented. This menu is well worth exploring. The decor and atmosphere are charming. We will be back.
