The food was not fresh, and the naan had a very bad smell. I understand that it’s a family restaurant, but please hire a chef. Otherwise, you’re ripping people off.

Firstly, let me talk about food quality. The food quality was very bad. The chicken smelled so bad, and this kind of palak panner I have never had in my life no favours, no taste. And the server’s attitude was like she was giving us free food. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant.

Nann bread was flat and stiff, and the servers tracy’s attitude was a bit snarky. Interior is outdated and not comfy

We visited Osoyoos for a couple of hours and decided to try somewhere new. We've never been to Ambrosia before, but I'm glad we did!
Our server, Tracy, was a delight! She was super friendly, and we engaged in a great conversation.
As the food is Northern Indian food, so it is not the type of Indian food you usually get everywhere else. It was rich and flavorful, and my daughter and I enjoyed it very much. Truly authentic Indian food. We both ordered the butter chicken. Yummy!
Tracy suggested the chia latte and omg! You gotta try it! It's absolutely to die for. Sooooo delicious.
The only thing I would change is the Naan. It was quite thin and dry.
Other than that, our visit was a good one.

Ordered two different currys which were edible, but that's about it. The naan bread was more like a tortilla than a naan. Quite a long wait even though they weren't that busy. Staff was nice enough but wish I'd spent my money elsewhere.

1. Chicken was overcooked and dry, potentially was not fully thawed before being cooked.
2. Naan was not pulling apart as it should, the texture felt more like pita, and it was dense and hard to chew.

I visited Ambrosia Family Restaurant for breakfast and had a disappointing experience. The server was noticeably partial, treating locals warmly while ignoring tourists. Didn’t even cared to smile and took the orders like it was a burden!

The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in long waits for our food, which, when it finally arrived, was bland and unappetizing.

Overall, I expected better and won’t be returning.

We were recently in Osoyoos on holiday, and our accommodations were two doors down from Ambrosia so we did dinner the first night and breakfast the next day. What a rad little place, the food was delicious, both Indian and western, and the host was fantastic. She was so great the food could have been literal trash and I'd still rate 5 stars, but luckily it wasn't! I'm sure we will come back next time we're in town.

I recently visited Ambrosia Family Restaurant for lunch, and I was left incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food. As someone who enjoys authentic Indian cuisine, I found myself questioning if this was truly Indian food.

I ordered the Chana Bhatura, which had no flavor whatsoever, and the Paneer Chilli was essentially just capsicum and paneer in a bland gravy. The naan was hard and inedible. Nothing stood out in terms of taste, and it was a letdown.

The only saving grace was the excellent service. Ashley, our server, was polite, energetic, and represented the restaurant well. However, the effort from the kitchen staff did not match up to her dedication.

I was hoping for an authentic and enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.
