Ambience is important for most eat-in diners. If you put your chairs and bar stools up at 7:45 pm, you might as well close at 7:45 pm.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Never Returning
Our visit to Boston Pizza was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.
First, the hostess who welcomed us was dressed in a completely inappropriate way for a family restaurant. Her extremely tight leggings and exposed chest made her look unprofessional and out of place. It set a very uncomfortable tone right away.
Second, while we were eating, she actually started sweeping the floor around our table. This was at 7 PM — two full hours before closing. We literally ate with dust being swept around us. Completely unacceptable.
Third, the sangria jug we ordered was a total misrepresentation of what is shown on the menu. The pitcher we received was basically half ice and plain liquid, with none of the fruit or presentation shown in their promotional photos. It came with 2 glasses full of ice. Pouring the sangria into the glasses was a terrible experience because it was already full of ice. Total non-sense. When I mentioned the disappointment, the server said he would “give us a discount,” but that doesn’t fix the fact that the drink wasn’t prepared properly at all. It didn’t even have the full flavor it should have. We left a quarter of it behind because it simply wasn’t good.
Fourth, the Mediterranean pizza — which is supposed to be vegetarian — tasted like it had bacon crumbs or some kind of meat contamination on it. That raises serious questions about cross-contamination and kitchen hygiene. This is unacceptable for anyone, especially customers who expect a vegetarian meal.
The onion rings we got was more than half broken pieces that looked like french fries stuffed with onions. There was not much rings.
To make things worse, the restaurant atmosphere was chaotic. A loud customer behind us kept disrupting our meal, and it seemed like nobody working there cared about our experience or comfort.
In the end, the server didn’t charge us for the sangria, but honestly, that doesn’t save the experience. Proper service, proper hygiene, and proper food preparation were missing across the board. Never we were given utensils.
Now you probably will try to place the burden of addressing all issues with the server on us, but there was too much of it and we didn't expect to be managers of this place.
We will never return to any Boston Pizza location, and we absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. When I go to a restaurant, I don't want to have to tell them how they aren't doing their job properly. I am pretty sure the server thought that he would get a nice tip for taking off his disaster drink off our billing. That was a nice try. I hope they will learn their lesson.

New York steak was done exactly how I asked.
Strangest pizza. Full slices of ham, full slices of mozzarella. Cheese not melted. Very odd. I picked up and didn’t check pizza before I left the restaurant. Never again
We were met at the door by Jackson who was super kind and efficient. We were served by Hailey who made our meal fun and enjoyable. Attentive and genuinely friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Will for sure go back soon… great people, great service and great food. 🙌🤩

Fun place to watch games
Our BP is always great, but had an outstanding service from Samira on Saturday night, it was super busy, she remained calm and cool, got us our drinks and food in a timely matter all with smile on her face. Very happy with this experience and will come again.

Centrally located franchise restaurant located in Osoyoos. Food quality, selection and price typical of franchise. Was fine, not much to say about it.

I almost never leave reviews, but Katie earned this one. We placed an order online and asked for extra spicy, and she delivered. She even brought the food straight to our room instead of dropping it at the lobby, and she nailed every single custom request. I have ordered from many Boston Pizza locations, and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review for a chain restaurant. Katie was phenomenal. Thank you for going above and beyond.

We were haveing a rough time finding places to sit and eat that allowed kids. BP saved us.
Prices was more than fair, kids are free today and for the rest of Sept, and we came during happy hour. Got nachos, Thai Bites and 2 beers and a slush drink and the whole total was cheaper than 1 coffee, a milk shake, and 2 pastries we bought earlier that day at a overpriced coffee shop.
The food was more than good, and I didnt feel ripped off.
And the lady who served up was great, was kind and sincere towards us and our kids.
Recommended for those who was something good for kids and more predictable, and also won't have to pay an arm and leg

I showed up at 8:43 PM
After a couple of minutes, a lady came to me and I asked her if I could order some takeout for my family
She said they stop serving food at 8:45
My phone literally said 845 at that point she was happy to send me away
Really great welcome to Osoyoos
