Fast and friendly service, food was great! I left with 2 Sundaes for take out, shortly after I left I dropped one of the sundaes, there was a young man outside cleaning the grounds who graciously offered to get me a new one, so appreciated! Service was over and above! Thanks DQ!

The girl who worked the counter here at 7pm on Sept 10 had horrible customer service and I told her so. She was so disinterested and sighed like everything was a chore. Our bill was $13.09 and hubby handed her a $20 bill. I said I had a dime and when I handed it to her she said ‘no I already rang it in’. I said ‘just give back $7’ and she acted disgusted, sighed and acted like I had 3 heads. And when I asked to have my points added to my app I had just finished adding, she said it had to be done when we purchased….which was 5 min earlier and we had never left the store. I said someone must be able to and another sign and she sauntered away. I told her never mind and left.

While you expect some type of decent meal when paying north of 15$ you get the opposite here. Burger bun was soggy likely microwaved Lettuce was old discolored and mushy. On top of that service was something else - while not only slow many customers inside were served wrong food.. total chaos. Only thing good about this place are fries and ice cream - wouldn’t trust to get anything else
