Both times we've stayed there were great. Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, friendly and very helpful staff, everything was very clean. We will definitely be returning every year!

If you expect luxury in lower costs hotel you will be very disappointed. If you expect to have clean room with AC and bathroom you will be more than happy. We were guests here 5 days and we will come next year for sure. Owner and manager are super friendly and they were here to help for anything. Thank you for everything ?

One of the best budget friendly options in Osoyoos. Keep your expectations inline with the price point and you won’t be disappointed. Being a smaller establishment, customer service is personalized and is what really makes the place stand out. Thank you for everything Junior, we really look forward to seeing you again! (Side note: there is no amusement park, however there is one steps away)

I would rate this 0 if I could. Okay so im an artist who was hired to perform at a festival near by and the organizers booked me this room, seems simple right? no. I land there and the man behind the counter is wreaking of alcohol. His demeanour is strange. He tells me that the owner hasnt run the card through.. im like um, shouldnt she do that? Theyre like naw, she'll do it tomorrow morning. I talked to her on the phone and she mentions some kind of weird technicality that will not allow her to run the card through. The technicality made no logic to me whatsoever. I slept the night, in the morning, he came by on his scooter lurking. I thought he was just checking to see if I was up or not. I told the festival host's about my experience and they were not pleased and complained. BOOM! the motel calls the cops on me and blow up my phone , and the man on the scooter keeps showing up at my door about 5 times. Every time, more creepy than the last. The irony is I only stayed one night and slept in my own silk bedding (which some of which I lost due to what happened) anyways, I kept equanimous and tried to play middle person messenger between the festival host and the motel. Things intensified, the man kept knocking at the door.... acting overly kind in a strange voice. Finally, he snapped and began to become verbally abusive aggressively. I tried to calm him down and returned the keys attempting to communicate if there was any misunderstandings. The card was rung through, the room was paid for, I did not see what the problem was. He violently yelled and made thrashing gestures as he called the cop who instantly validated his story about me *which was fake as the card had be rung through and charged* I was about to perform on stage and gathered as many of my belongings and ran away before the man would get violent. It was not pleasant to say the least. THEN they charged the festival for 2 nights of stay and accused me of stealing a blanket Which is a lie as I didnt even sleep in their blankets, I brought my own silk bedding and even lost one of my own sheets. To be completely honest, I think something fishy is going on there around drugs.. or something The vibe was off, terribly off and I have never been treated like that from a motel staff before in my life. Now, the festival is having financial issues because theyve charged the card multiple times and this cannot be refunded and theyre using my belongings that i abandoned and lost money on as "proof" to show I stayed another night... when really, I was threatened and treated terribly.

Worse hotel ever, highly recommend not staying here. They are money grabbing scammers, there is no heat in any of the rooms, there is nothing being done about renovations, management is extremely rude.Won't return my damage deposit Even though I never damaged the room, the health inspector has been notified and I suggest everyone should inform the health department of Canada about them aswel.Don't waste your time or money on this place you will regret it.

A friend mine recently stayed here and the owner and manager tried to steal his rent money for the following month and also his damage deposit. No heat in the rooms and the unit my friend was in had half a wall missing and was covered by a piece of plastic. Not to mention the stench that came from the bathroom vents that smelled like fecal matter. Horrible place.
