I have been here in the summer and winter and both seasons bring such a delightful and wonderful atmosphere alongside the best coffee in town. The service is always friendly and prompt even when it has been busy and there is always a great place to sit and enjoy the coffee. On my most recent trip, I got to sit in one of their igloos that was cozy with the fireplace in it and was a lovely place to enjoy the rain. Thank you for always being my go to coffee place in Osoyoos!!!
Parking: Easy to park, with a small lot out front but then enough street parking that you can always find a spot.

Luv popping in here for one of their delish frapp-style iced coffees - superb-strength espresso blend, never fails to hit the spot! Service is always super friendly.. & efficient (even if there's a lineup, wait-times are minimal) Course this spot's popular - these lovely locals are true coffee aficionados..
Who needs Starbucks anyway? Not Osoyoos, with a jewel like Junction 3 ☕️🎂🍰🍪🧋
Absolutely LOVE this coffee shop and can't leave without a yummy croissant (ham & cheese is my fav). Service is spot on, and there's always a table outside in the beautiful Osoyoos sunshine! This coffee venue is a local treasure for locals and visitors alike.

I was scammed out of a large amount of money by a cheque written under the name of this coffee shop. Everyone please be careful.
Go to the Owl coffee shop. We were disappointed in how much everything cost and its quality. I ordered the grilled cheese for $6 and it was literally 2 pieces of white bread and a Kraft single. I asked if they could add an egg and they say no, even though I offered to pay extra. I also got their Boston’s cream croissant. The croissant was bread-like and the cream tasted like it was straight from the can, and the chocolate was basic like from a grocery store bakery item. So the price did not match. The macchiato was good. The coffee was excellent, but all four of us felt the food was overpriced and did not meet the quality we were expecting. Service was excellent and the seating area was very cute.

I ordered the breakfast wrap, which was really good, but the cinnamon bun is an absolute must-try! I highly recommend grabbing your food to go and heading to the lake nearby. There are some great tables right by the water, perfect for enjoying your meal. Cinnabon buns and coffee with a lakeside view at such a low cost—definitely worth it!”

Great tasting coffee, excellent location, positive vibes, good variety of breakfast options - everything you need to start the day or continue it (disclaimer - the photo is taken a few minutes after the drink was served and the texture may look worse than it was originally, but I'm any case it tasted great)

The cinnamon bun was great. Tried an iced Americano not really my thing but after a 9k Tempo run didn't really want anything hot. Had a drip coffee the day before which was good. Would recommend to anyone looking. The food looks really good and the coffee was also good. If you wait till around 9 the line will be long which is likely a good indicator

If I could give more stars I would!!! This establishment is built from the heart and you can tell when you order anything from the menu.
Coming from someone who drools over Starbucks Iced macchiatos, Frapps and refreshers and Tim Hortons Ice Capps, coffee, French Vanillas and ETC.I never went to Tim’s once for my 8 days being there. Also they have a location in penticton as well, just as good with more options since it’s beachside.
Always packed but a lineup of 10-20+ people, the line sure moves quick. A LOT QUICKER THEN Starbucks ???
To anyone that states that the staff is unprofessional and hard of hearing must of had a hard time hearing themselves, or they are just unhappy with everything in life. Being a customer myself and getting to see all the faces that work there, nothing but professional manner and happy people to deal with. The ship is tight on this location and it’s a small location and lots happening behind that window, make sure your order is loud and clear!! The owner has a heart of Gold and it shows, thank you Junction 3 for the excellent Service, Owen and Levi were GEMS and the other girls also GEMS(forgot the names) always Love put into every Order I had received and OH MY, the croissants were next level. Being Fresh and made daily, the extra dollar compared to frozen food from Tim’s and other franchises, it’s hard to order from franchises. The BAR IS SET HIGH!!!!
Definitely come check this place out if you are in Osoyoos, BC
I’ll definitely be back. ??
Vegetarian options: They have vegan options and the food tastes really good…
Dietary restrictions: They have all the options for diary restriction to vegan needs.
Parking: Lots of parking but it can get busy so it can get full so you might have to walk a bit further if there’s like 20-30+ people.
Kid-friendliness: The whole place is a vibe for all ages. It gets super busy because it’s the best place in town so if you want to sit outside with your kids, you are going to have to go early or after the rushes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to access the line and enough room to manoeuvre if you have a wheel chair.
