I was pleasantly surprised by this location! The chicken was hot, fresh, and actually crispy—not greasy like some other spots. The staff here were exceptionally friendly and even went out of their way to make sure our order was perfect. It’s definitely one of the better-run KFCs in the region. Great for a quick, reliable stop while passing through Osoyoos.

Polite attentive counter staff were sympathetic to online woes. Meals were tasty but would have preferred to order first and pick up without the hassle of ordering then waiting.

We tried to order but we're told that when you have a email af you have to order online. When I went online the offer I wanted wasn't available. When I spoke to the counter person I was told that some locations don't have all the offers.
So either advertise what is available or tell the franchises to make thing offers available everywhere.
