I went through drive through the other day and the guy named Josh was awesome in answering my questions, giving me time to think about my order and ask if I wanted any ketchup (which no one does anymore!). The food quality was good here too!

The food was very bad at this location. The fries and popcorn were stale. Chicken was half decent but disgusting for kfc standards. We ordered like $60 worth of food, we got no napkins. This was a bad experience overall, do not waste your money, go somewhere else.

Visiting Osoyoos from Salmon Arm (no KFC there) and always have at least one meal when I'm here plus chicken to take home for later. The food is great and the service is always fantastic! Thanks Christopher for the wonderful service today and the wicked good sandwich you cheffed up the other day! Will definitely be back again!

the tiniest piece of chicken ever! -I ordered a breast and literally it was the size of a drumstick- it was miniscule. 9.99 for a small popcorn chicken, 2 regular drinks and a chicken sandwich w/ fries. This cost a whopping $37!! Ridiculous, won't be back.

It is really generous of this location to hire people with intellectual disability individuals and giving them opportunities. However it is still better for them to not to serve at the counter, the teasing smile can be misinterpreted. He is not capable to answer some basic questiones as I was trying to ask whether there is key for the washroom because I had no idea whether it's for guests only, he recommended me to use the lady's room, again with the uncomfortable smile. Again, credit should be given, it is awesome to see kfc now provides more opportunities to intellectually disabled individuals, but sometimes it's also important to place them on the appropriate duty.

Been to kfc so many times in my home town and had never received such bad service and food quality. First off, asked for some ketchup and all the guy said was "yup" three times. Even said thank you as appreciation for the extra ketchup and all i got in return was "yup." On top of that i only got 1 little bag of ketchup. Second off food is so cold and doesnt seem freshly made. Not too sure why this was. Despite the service today i still love kfc but was greatly disappointed at what my money went in to.
