When looking for some dinner in the area we came across Mamis pizza, we read the reviews and were unsure if we should order or not.
The bad reviews seem to be a very unfair representation of the restaurant and i would recommend taking them with a pinch of salt. We visited the restaurant and ordered for take out, staff were very friendly and polite and the food was delicious. We order butter chicken pizza and it was 10/10 in our eyes!

Ordered Indian style veggie pizza. Biggest issue is price. $30 for a substandard large vege pizza is ridiculous - compare to pizza 64 in cloverdale $17 (recently ordered for a party) Mami’s had limited toppings and the pizza just didn’t look or taste appetizing

We called this restaurant to order pizza and asked about delivery, but they told us they didn’t offer delivery, so we placed an order for pick-up instead. When we arrived, they hadn’t even made our order and seemed to have completely forgotten about it.
While we were waiting, we saw a delivery driver outside picking up a huge stack of pizzas to deliver, proving they do offer delivery, which means they lied to us on the phone for no reason. We ended up having to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to finally make our order, with no apology or urgency to fix their mistake.
Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience. We wasted our time, gas, and energy because they gave us false information and couldn’t even have our food ready when we arrived. Really disappointing.
Amazing and authentic tasting pizza I had the Greek pizza and the wife had the meat lover one and they were both amazing crust. Really good toppings, just the right amount. Really quick friendly service . We will definitely go back and try some other pizzas
