Very, Very Disappointed. We have been to many Best Western Plus across Canada and the USA and here in Osoyoos we thought would be great for Snowbirds, but NOT! The room is never cleaned properly, the noise is atrocious and sound barrier is non-existent. We were on the second floor, and we hear them walking above us, we hear the shower and toilets flush, ridiculous. They supply breakfast, if you like powered eggs. They lied about cancelation policy. We got a contract stating if we canceled before 4pm the day before month end would be no charge, after 4pm would be $54.00. We gave 5 days notice and they are charging us 1/2 month rent, $850.00, this is absurd as we were told there was a waiting list for Snowbirds. We have been here 1 1/2 months and are still finding dog food behind the furniture, even after they said the shampooed the rugs. Today we found someone's pill in the living room. Wow, total Best Western Plus Disappointment.
So pulling a fast one by saying for longer stays the cancelation is 14 Days, maybe in a contract for long stays or on the Website this should be stated as we were never given a long stay contract, so disappointed with the management here. This little trick is like False Advertising. Things change in life with health and sometimes you don't have 14 days to give notice. Such a Very, Very Disgraceful Display of Management here at this place, sure hope the owners are happy with their management choice as I will NEVER, EVER come back here and I plan to talk about this place whenever the opportunity arises.
My kids love the pancake during breakfast , a lot of beautiful painting to enjoy looking at .
Had a great experience!!
Pretty good hotel for a few days stay. It was neat and the free breakfast was decent too.
Absolutely shocked at how dirty the room and beds are! Lots of black marks on the sheets and pillow cases. One of the quilt had a few blood stains. Fridge was dirty with food remains and didn’t work. Manager came and took pictures and arranged for another room. Not with a good attitude and blamed the cleaning staff. And the sheets and pillow cases in the new room still had black marks and shoe marks. Washroom sink had a clipped nail. At that point it was late I had a long day and a long road trip ahead and lost energy to ask for new room which prob would have same horrible condition anyway. I checked previous reviews and realized there were bed bug problems related to the blood stains (!!) and honestly i started panicking. I had enjoyed my stay at other BW hotels and I paid more money to stay here for peace of mind. But after this experience I definitely will never stay at another BW again.
A nice, typical, BW+ hotel. Very clean everywhere, large room, windows open with screens, comfortable bed, fridge, relaxing chair, desk, etc. All staff we dealt with were pleasent and seemed satisfied to work there.
There was quite a good variety of breakfast items available eggs, sausage, potato triangle, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, muffin, breads, toaster, pancake maker, fresh whole fruit. Only thing was that the potato was barely warm and pancakes were dollar size.
There were a few bottles of Adaga wine in the room if you wished to purchase. We had just been to the nearby Adaga winery.
We will be back.
Very accommodating to retired seniors for extended winter time stay. Almost as good as Home.
Large, spacious room with a mountain view balcony and good, hot breakfast on site.
Excellent value..great location.
Have stayed here for 3 nights in 2 different visits. Hotel is pretty good, Nice having a breakfast option.

Great staff, clean rooms, good daily breakfast, appreciate the hot tub and swimming pool and easy location to everything. Stay here twice a year for a golf vacation.
My big disappointment was the breakfast: the scrambled eggs were incredibly salty and the hard boiled eggs in the fridge were not completely hard boiled (yolk still runny!). So for vegetarian protein that left cold cereal (healthiest choice was Raisin Bran so not that healthy) or instant oatmeal or yogurt (standard cheap sugary ones). Commercial Nespresso machine was decent. The location is conveniently on the highway but there’s a very limited selection of eateries within walking distance. Staff are friendly and relatively efficient. Our room had pealing wallpaper.
We stayed at Best Western Plus Osoyoos Hotel & Suites for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. Our two-room suite was cozy, very clean, and fully equipped — with a kitchen, living room, work space, and a separate bedroom with two comfortable beds. Breakfast was included, and we also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly (we could bring our cat with us!).
The location is fantastic — Osoyoos Lake feels like a real Shangri-La in Canada. Beautiful views, warm water, and a peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!
My family and I stayed in a suite with a kitchen, but the kitchen utensils were so limited that it was practically impossible to use.
We stayed for three nights, and during that time we did not receive any cleaning or housekeeping service, not even to tidy up the suite and also no refill for coffee, tea and water.
The hotel does serve breakfast, but the quality was very disappointing. For example, the pots were not cleaned properly, which affected the taste of the coffee. Overall, the breakfast was very limited and of poor quality.
The communication between hotel staff and guests is very poor, only meeting the requested needs, so the guest does not feel intimate.
Over the past ten years, we have stayed at this hotel five times, and I have always recommended it to my friends. Unfortunately, this last experience was so disappointing that I will not return, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.
I had such a great stay at the Best Western Osoyoos! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with questions or recommendations. The location is perfect close to the beach, wineries, and downtown, but still quiet enough to relax. The breakfast was a nice bonus and made mornings easy before heading out. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Osoyoos.
