Poor service , bad interior , no any cleaning, damage washroom locks , staff is also not dealing properly

Clean rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Stay one night as a stopover. It was a good choice and would definitely stay there again.

Take caution if you drive an EV and want to stay here to charge. This 'guy' parked his gas car in both EV charger spots blocking access to the charger, I reported it to the front desk and they said they would contact the guest to move the car. They did not. Good stop otherwise, but this hotel will end up on the unfriendly EV charger list because of this.

Spent two days at this BW as per usual when we visit Osoyoos. This time around both the Internet and TV were not functioning properly. I realize this was not the fault of this BW, but one with the provider (Telus). Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

We spent two nights here. Good staff and clean facility. Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked during the rush. Needed some room improvements but overall happy with our stay and if ever back in Osoyoos would stay here.

Great place for a budget friendly option. The staff is really nice and extremely helpful. Their pool was also super clean and maintained.

Room was clean but needs some TLC. The bathroom fan sounded like a cement mixer, the shower faucet was very loose and hard to adjust. The dead bolt would not fully activate and the A/C unit had a bad rattle when the compressor came on. Other than that everything else was fine.

In general, we are satisfied with the hotel. The room is large and comfortable. The convenient location to llake and the amusement park located next door made the children very happy.

Good location away from the busy city center, next door to an amusement center with mini golf, go-carts, bumper boats, etc. Nice staff at check-in. Rooms were clean, however, bathtub was disgusting, and the shower was lacking water pressure. Door hinges were very noisy, you could hear every door near you opening and closing. The hotel is definitely looking old and dated, needs a refresh.

The room was spacious and excellent for a family of 4 plus 2 furry friends! Staff were very nice and helpful. No direct lake access which is a bummer but the entertainment park next makes up for it. Would stay here again for sure...
