Osoyoos Pho Vietnamese Cuisine

Phoned for pickup and tried to order the chicken sub and was told they were out of chicken. So I asked for the pork sub and was told no. So I ordered something else. I get a phone call back 5 minutes later and I’m told “we have no vegetables, so there’s really nothing we can do for you.”
Truly the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. If you’re out of everything why are you even open?

I’m not a huge pho guy to start but my wife wanted to go and it has decent ratings. Brutal and unfriendly service. That’s it. No hello, no check on the food after it arrived. Wasn’t exactly as ordered. And no water for the kids. (They do get thirsty too). Only decently human interaction was when it was time to pay and tip. It doesn’t matter your language proficiency or really anything else. Being friendly is universal and sort of necessary in the service industry.

The vermicelli bowl with pork and spring roll was excellent. Lots of vegetables, vermicelli and a good portion of meat and spring roll. We noticed others getting the shrimp salad rolls so decided to take an order to go and pair them with our dinner that evening. They came with a delicious peanut sauce and were probably the best we have had

Perfect boba pearls. Coconut flavoured slush blows your mind. Vermicelli bowls are tasty and at the same time leave your stomach feeling great like you just ate healthy. No photo, I ate it too fast.

Well then. If you want Pho, this is a mediocre place. From a service point of view adequate. Food was a beef dish with rice vermicelli. The beef definitely was not grilled but likely came out of a steamer . That was a put off. The spring rolls were well no taste and doughy. Couldn’t eat them . very spare on veggies. The rice vinegar sauce had zero spicing. The piazareistance, however was a child with a cold was there. That is what is in small family restaurants. I Can live with that. HOWEVER, when the child sneezed then and Grandma cleaned the kids nose with fingers and wiped her fingers in a Kleenex was gross. Then DID NOT WASH nor sterilize her hands afterwards. That was unacceptable and Plain and simple.So they need to clean up their act. Eat at own risk

It was a very fun experience, amazing food, kind of warm in there and customer service very direct and not very welcoming but I believe it's cultural. Definitely would recommend tho

I would say the food was ok for a quick dinner. Service good at first, then we realized she treats her employees kind of rude, later on, we were also treated so that we won’t come back. If you only care about some quick food, sure why not.

Loved them in summerland and they moved here and I am super happy as they are closer, Must eat if in Osoyoos love the appy shrimp wrap and the number 18 Best food in this

It's not the best pho I have had but it's decent for sure, plus it's the only place to get it south of Penticton.
