I really enjoy this place but when I went in with a service dog I was rejected aggressively by a young lady. I normally wouldn't even bother anyone by bringing my service animal in to a place except they have a sign saying service dogs welcome. This is not an emotional support animal this is a service dog and I understand people take advantage of the rules in this country and that's the reason I never enter an establishment unless it's service animal friendly. That said I was aggressively and rudely told to leave and at one point an employee came and threatend to "do something" to me. I left without an issue but felt disrespected for no reason and was discriminated against when I would have never entered if there wasn't a sign saying service dogs welcome but keep your kids on a leash. I called and spoke to a person and explained the situation but it was the guy that told me he would do something to me and he made that clear on the phone as well . Foods ok service was great any time I was there until tonight. I jist don't understand what happened and the only reason I would go back is to see what the guy would "do something" has to say when he has a 3000 dollar fine for discrimination and I don't regard people that threaten me very highly

Nice atmosphere and the food is good...l stay away from the fish n chips....had soo much better but some people like it so 🤷♀️ The chicken quesadias are good and mostly everything else is really...just not the fish , sorry but great pub

Were there twice. Everything was great for the appetizer on the terrace, service and drinks. This also prompted us to go there for dinner. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for our food. Due to the large number of people, we were assigned a table in the restaurant which had very loud music. Another time I would just want a table on the terrace. Sorry but no explanation was given for the long waiting time. That's why only two stars.

Definitely wouldn't recommend it here but wouldn't say not to go. Beef Dip and fries, beef dip was good but not very big portion, fries were not to my liking, covered in pepper(?). Server Shayla apparently got busy inside and forgot about me, other servers were taking care of their tables. Took forever to get an iced tea refill, which was ice and a couple of sips of iced tea. Not a destination for me next time. Nice patio though.

B.E.S.T. chicken wings i had in my life, silky-smooth beer, a burger that looked and tasted like burgers are supposed to and the service was exeptional! Highly recommend a visit in this authentic and wonderful bar ❤️
Food was distinctly average - typical small town pub fare (admittedly, I'm not sure why I was hoping for a gastropub). Beer selection was terrible - even though they advertise 18 draft taps, almost all are generic lagers or IPAs, with the only two exceptions were Guinness and an amber ale.
Great location with a very nice patio. Service was good. Wouldn't bother going back.

Decided to try the Owl once the tourist season was over. It was worth it! We sat on the balcony above the lake and enjoyed the scenery. Our server was conscientious and friendly, and though the atmosphere was loud, it was still easy enough to converse. I ordered nachos, and our server said to only get the half order because it was large. She wasn't kidding! I was only able to eat half of the half order. My cousin ordered the stir-fry and wow, did it smell delicious! All in all, it was an excellent experience! Margaritas were excellent, too.
