Most amazing smokery around! Stopped in for lunch while in Osoyoos and was so glad I did! Got the Bisket Bacon Burger with fries, it was out of this world - tender brisket with the perfect flavor! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Just had the bacon burger at the beach from their food truck. Was outstanding and the kids loved it too. Definitely worth a try if your looking for beach food or just out for some smoked awesomeness!

This food truck makes texas quality brisket!! Had the brisket, ribs, slaw, and Mac and cheese today. Worth ever penny. Our minds were blown. This gentleman makes better food than any restaurant in the valley. Don't waste your money in a restaurant. Hit the food truck, find a picnic table by the lake and get ready to have melt in your mouth smoked meat. 10/10. The owner is not only a Pitt master, he is super nice and deserves your business. The man takes pride in what he serves!!!! Respect sir!

Oh boy was this a rip off! $17 for a TINY brisket sandwich on the most disgustingly hard, stale bread I’ve ever had! Also the poutine was an absolute disgrace with the most pathetic amount of gravy I’ve ever seen. It was honestly embarrassing what they served us. It looked like they scraped the bottom of the gravy pot and called it a day, it was all congealed!!!!! Absolutely shameful that they are serving this food at such ridiculous prices. If you want a food truck then seek out SiamThai, they actually serve tasty food for a MUCH better price.
Stopped in for the first time recently and was blown away by the quality of the food. Husband got the poutine and then we got a large Mac n cheese and the brisket to share and all were incredible! The brisket is by far the best we've had anywhere, it just melts in your mouth, and the Mac n cheese was phenomenal! Especially when you mix in the brisket to it 😍
