Probably the worst experience of my entire life. Food was dog poop and the service was even worse. I will never go back to this awful place also extremely over priced

Captain highliner fish and chips but worse. Batter not at all crispy but more mushy. Frozen fries. Bad service.

The staff was kind and the atmosphere was excellent, but the steak was deep-fried and the mashed potatoes were powdered. I felt a bit sick afterward because I don't normally eat that much fat.

This was the worst experience everThe food was ok -over priced for what it was though.The service was awful sad part is we were the only guests in the restaurant for about 30 minutes- and still had horrible service.Being members of IHG we will never step foot into this restaurant again and we will also spread the word of this- we will not stay at this Holiday Inn ever again either!We ended up going elsewhere Saturday night and retold our experience and the person we talked to said ohh are you talking about the manager at Sol- so apparently he has a bad reputation and noone wants to work for him.

Dinner for two. The shrimp Alfredo was fantastic! The salmon was likely frozen/thawed as it was dry and hard. Atmosphere is mediocre with constant elevator muzak playing. The view of the lake is great.

When we went, there was probably 4 or 5 tables being used. We sat ourselves, the waiter brought us water and menus. He was very busy by himself, he was bartending, busier, waiter, and host. He always kept his smile on. We ordered our food, it took forever to come to table. I was wondering if there was only one person in kitchen also. The food was excellent it was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely.

The food was great but the service was TERRIBLE! We all had $30+ plates of food and the server only came back once the entire time. We were left waiting to order dessert, by the time we gave up on waiting it was closing time, we walked up to the counter to pay as our server NEVER came back!
