Just ok. Had a sandwich, pre made, very thin &
not what I expect for the price unfortunately @ $15-not worth it, plus mine was burnt . A slab of banana bread, scone or muffin should not cost $4-thats airport pricing. Very scant menu. Good in a pinch but uptown is very close for food. Sadly, not recommended.

I stayed here for a weekend as an early birthday present to myself. The resort is gorgeous and I loved the adult only pool and hot tub. Gorgeous sweeping views of the lake and vineyard from my room. Definitely upgrade to get a room with a view, it's absolutely worth it!
Great spot. The staff were helpful and attentive. The grounds were well kept up. Great rooms -;spacious and clean Excellent service. Paulo was particular’s helpful in getting our request for four rooms together. Our family group of 16 -9 adults and 7 children were all served. The grounds including the pools were clean and well maintained. The setting in the winery and a private beach and the Ninkamip cultural Center was an added bonus. The golf course was a big hit..We did not use the restaurant as we personally liked the family setting. We have been coming for ten years. We look forward to coming next year.
Was looking for an afternoon coffee spot and happened upon this place, what a gem! It belongs to the resort but for public use as well. Beautiful resort and views, coffee was delicious as well. Great spot!

During our recent stay it was very smoky with ash falling. The staff were really helpful and understanding. We checked out a day early due to the smoke and even though the policy did not allow a cancellation at short notice they refunded the last nights stay anyway. A truly professional and fantastic place to stay.
Good , safe place. The bed was super comfortable. I saw a large pool and then realized there was a lot of kids and babies in it. So did not want to swim in the pee pool. The adult pool was small and a wader. The water coming out of the taps was brown. But after running it for 20 mins it cleared up. Apparently when the wind blows it can put sediment in the reservoir. I didn’t drink the water , nor did my wife wash her hair due to the colour.
We had an amazing time staying a Spirit Ridge Resort. The property is absolutely gorgeous and our stay was very comfortable. There is a few things to do at the resort which include a great restaurant, a winery, a desert cultural centre and a golf course. It is a short drive to town. We definitely will be back again next time we visit Osoyoos. The staff were all amazing too.

This is an excellent report, good value for money. The grounds are immaculate, and the aboriginal flavor and sculptures are impressive. The only drawback is the lack of access to a decent beach, lakeside experience. The private beach area is a tiny little enclosure with a pier and motorized watercraft nearby.
Amazing hotel great service clean rooms comfortable beds and wonderful views. Great place for couples kids or friends getting away! The pool is great too as there is an adult only and a family pool. The rooms are clean and have everything you will need . Strongly recommend
Love the hotel but a few bumps this time made our trip less than enjoyable. 1. Asked when we checked in if I could pay for an upgrade to a two bedroom. The front desk agent said no rooms were available despite multiple options showing available to book online. 2. Waitress at the restaurant wasn’t great. Gave my two year old a glass plate after we told her no plate was needed. Was trying to juggle two kids and she impatiently barked excuse me over and over because she wanted me to pick my phone up. Asked for some berries (available on the menu) so we could give our toddler a bit of extra food. She bought a giant bowl of whole cherries. 3. My 6 year son decided to wander off after going to the washroom. We noticed right away and we were asking the reception staff for help. They looked at us blankly “your child is missing?” And then went back to typing on the computer. These are small things that shouldn’t have impacted our stay but over time it added up and you expect more from a 4.5 star hotel. Other than that the rest of the staff were great and the pool and slide were a hit.
designated Beach area was very small and shared with boat parking and RV park. Transportation in between the beach and hotel was another challenge. Kids and adults pool were very small for the size of the hotel.
The food was amazing. The service was outstanding. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. An incredible trip. Every detail went according to plan and we will definitely be returning and will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family
