Food was good and our server was very sweet but it took a very long time to get our drinks and then the food was a long wait as well.

The front door staff was obviously a little to young to be managing seating for customers, we were told we had to sit in the entrance of the restaurant due to seating issues on the patio due to a large group, only to have over heard that other patrons had just called and were moved outside to the obviously empty seats we were looking at. This place isn't worth the visit unfortunately. Save your money.

Seemed to be understaffed, even though it was breakfast and wasn't busy. We were seated quickly but then waited quite a while for menu and coffee.......we had to flag down the server. Food was good but portion size has certainly gotten smaller since our last visit. Then, when trying to leave, we could not catch the eye of the only server and finally went up to the cashier to get the bill and pay.

Food ranged from good to excellent. Service for food was great but drink service was very slow and cocktails were awful. Stick to wine or simple drinks and enjoy the food and patio setting.

Not our first time here and probably not our last. This was the second time in one week we visited. The first night, our reservation for a table of two was told that they could only accommodate us inside as there was only one or two tables on the patio that sat two. The rest were reserved for parties of 4. Noted - will be booking for a party of 4. Viktoria, the manager, however was accommodating and did make some space for us on the patio. Food was good, we ordered ribs which were a bit over cooked and dry but not unpalatable. We also had the tuna poke bowl which was ok. Second night there we opted to order a few appetizers instead of mains and enjoyed the tuna crudo and bao buns. It was fairly busy on our second visit, but no excuse for taking 25 mins to get a glass of wine poured. Bar service was exceptionally slow and although I know there are a lot of new staff who are learning, that was a big miss for me personally when the wine was brought out after all our food had been brought out. We'll probably visit again, in a few years and hopefully will have a more enjoyable experience.

We got there we ordered two drinks and an appetizer to start... Our appetizer arrived without any drinks or even offered a glass of water. The surface was slow throughout the night and not a great experience overall. The food however was excellent.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Bao buns were delicious. Large portion. Prawn spaghatini was delicious - large prawns.

Service was a tad slow although there seemed to be many emptables . Disappointed with Mango shrimp Salad. Description stated with “ chillies “ salad was not dressed ( so no chillies in there ) and no chillies anywhere . When I asked about it they brought me a chilli sauce And added a fee to the bill ??? Mentioned it and was told kitchen must have made a mistake but no action taken and extra fee still on bill . Too bad as the appies were great and wife loved her Pasta but that issue put a damper on the complete experience . Probably won't return
We used to enjoy eating at 15 Bistro and supported them often. Truly one of the few decent places to eat in Osoyoos. But apparently the menu changed on May 3rd and it had not been a good change. Less selection and poorer execution. It may be sufficient for most tourists but as locals we are more discerning than that. I hope this encourages them to rethink their recent menu changes.

Had a lovely lunch on the patio — the view was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. Great food, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

We quite enjoyed our meal. A lovely outdoor setting with views of green space and Osoyoos lake. Service was attentive. My spouse had a field green salad to start and for an entree she had the shrimp pasta fish. A delicious white wine sauce and fresh dish. I had a caesar salad to start and the striploin steak entree. The steak was a higher internal temperature than I had ordered, but it was still juicy, tender and well seasoned so it didn't bother me. We thought the menu provided quite good value for a meal out. 2 cocktails, salads and entrees for around $170 including gratuity. Would recommend!

Celebrated a friend's special Birthday. We sat outside on the patio facing the lake. Our lunch was delicious and our waitress was attentive but left us to visit. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing time. I would highly recommend this venue.
