Unlike the Duncan BP, this place is awesome. The staff is attentive and pleasant. I observed the server interacting with elderly patrons by name, indicating positive, repeat customers. She spotted my empty glass and offered a refill. I was enjoying myself enough to order dessert (again, unlike the embarrassment that was Duncan). A mother and her child came in. When the child began a tantrum, the wait staff and manager took turns attempting to assist the mother in soothing the child (team work!). The mother attempted to remedy the situation by removing the child, and the staff continued to assist her in turns. I was so impressed with their compassion and team work that I approached the manager to pay for the mother's lunch. So while Duncan was the worst BP experience I've had, Parksville was among the best. Well done, Parksville Boston Pizza!

Friendly Staff, Clean and Welcoming. As expected Basic food nothing to ever wow over, but good simple basic ingredient meals. It's a great place for a family meal.

The food was a notch above what I'd expect. Kids' sundaes had toppings, beef dip was Philly cheesesteak with French onion jus, special kids' drinks, great fish tacos & burger. Great service & patio!

I had the chicken caesar salad. The salad was terrible. A lot of the lettuce was brown and they used the tough dark green ends. The grilled chicken was way overdone - like dry shoe leather and cold. I left there still feeling hungry. The service was less than mediocre and we were early for lunch so it wasn't even busy yet. Will not go back.

Kiddo loves coming to this place, exceptionally friendly staff, clean and great food prepared well and quickly. Reasonably priced too. Kids love the kids menu with Dirt and Worms for dessert a must try when in Parksville! Lots of fun non-alcoholic beverage options for adults as well and sports on tv.

Stopped in with Mom and Dad and had a really nice meal. The server we had was great, knew when to pop by and top up the beverages, and when not to when we were in conversation. Very friendly and personable!

We had to wait for at least 19 minutes to be seated. I get it if the place was busy, but it was dead in there
When we actually met the host we were greeted with sadness and attitude not sure if he was having a bad day.
It is over priced and not that great of food.

The only reason we were there was to visit family and that was the best part there

Great service. Everything else is what you would expect from Boston Pizza. Only place we could find serving food after 9pm on a Friday night in this town.

There was like 3 tables tonight and I felt lonely af in here. Alberta BP's are like 4x better lmao. Most passive staff I've ever seen in my life.
