We had a long wait for food, we were told by the server that it would be so not a problem EXCEPT that we had to listen to the same generic Playlist that my 12 year old daughter could have picked better on repeat while we waited, I heard the Playlist twice. We kindly asked our server to change the station but she told us that the owner forces them to listen to that Playlist on repeat and they aren't allowed to change the station. Restaurant was nearly empty. Service was awful. Super slow. Took over 40 min to get served salads. Almost walked out...Don't recommend your restaurant.
Our server Pheonix gave us amazing service. she went out of her way for us and made our experience amazing. the food was out of this world and the drinks were to die for. very well done leftys!! we will be back next time we're in parksville!! thank you!!

The burgers are considered some of the best on Vancouver Island, and the food is freshly prepared. Overall, Lefty's Fresh Food is a place worth trying, especially for burger lovers and those in search of tasty wraps and tacos. Guests have found the atmosphere great, with plenty of room, and many look forward to visiting again.
