Well sized portions at a reasonable price, with friendly staff and options for spice level. It's my 3rd time here in 3 years as an out-of-province visitor and as good this last time as the first. Enjoy.

I have been going here for years, always great food, never disappointed, and given the cost of groceries these days I find it very reasonably

This is my favourite Indian restaurant in Western Canada. I always stop by here for takeout when I'm on the Island. The food actually tastes like what you'd get at a decent restaurant in Northern India.

By far, the best Indian food I've had! The veggie korma was amazing! Huge portions, great price, cant ask for better than that.

I haven't had good samosa since I left Abbotsford years ago. Masala Hut outdid theirselves with quality, quantity and taste.

I ordered the jalapeno poppers, dal, and basmati rice. I was very disappointed in the dal. It separated and oil was sitting on the top. I ordered the mild but it was very bland and really didn't have flavor. I have ordered the dal before and it was delicious with nice color and creamy texture but not this time. I threw it out.The jalapeno poppers were delicious. The basmati rice was also good.I gave the food one star because dal is my go to dish and I was really disappointed. I don't know if I would order it again.

Food was amazing. Atmosphere so-so and service good enough, so good candidate for takeout. But I'll be back for sure. Vindaloo sauce was as good as I've had. Also enjoyed the eggplant bharta a lot, they must use smoked paprika in there. So good. I was surprised to see jalapeno poppers on the appy menu, and they almost stole the show. Some secret ingredient in the bread crumb coating. The naan was also perfect. Can't recall which chicken dish we got but my wife loved it. Three entrees, one appy, large rice, one naan and two alcoholic bevvies was about $100 before tip and was enough for me and partner to eat our fill at dinner and again next days lunch.

Great food at Masala Hut - colourful and tasty! And the parasols hanging from the ceiling were a pretty addition to the decor.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options available.

We have never been disappointed with the food here! Last night after our pick up order, we all said how wonderful it is that we have leftover for another Indian nite tomorrow. We have really enjoyed every dish we've tried and I particularly LOVE their samosa's - veg only- they are really amazing.

4 Adults, 2 kids for lunch and it was perfect. Friendly service. Food was very tasty and came out fast and hot. I asked for medium and it was perfect for me as I shy away from too hot. The portions were exactly what was needed with the rice and the lamb dish I had. I wish I had ordered the naan bread just to try it. Everyone else was very happy with their meals.
