Absolutely blown away by the service and cleanliness at this McDonald's! We were greeted by an incredibly clean dining area, and a young man was continuously working to keep it that way. He had a wonderful attitude and politely offered to clean our tray. We were so impressed by his dedication and professionalism—it truly elevated our experience to feel like a five-star restaurant. The play place was a huge hit with our kids, and the parking was convenient. We highly recommend this location and will be returning soon.

Went there on August 8, 2025. They forgot to get me my change from paying cash. When I got to the second window young girl working the window was rude about getting me my 90 cents change. Handed me 80 cents. I told her she is still short 10 cents, she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me, then went and go the dime. They also parked us when they were not busy. There were some other issues as well. Did the online survey thing, and no one from upper management (Juliard?) could be bothered to get back to me and address the concerns I have. I have also had problems with the young people working the first window to take payment, often playing on their cell phone, very little communication if any from them. That is wrong with actually working, and saying hello to a customer? Making eye contact and smiling. It really seems like there is a huge lack of supervision and management at this location. Juliard if you are reading this, you failed me as a customer. You should have followed up on the online customer survey and dealt with the issues. I will not be returning to this establishment anymore.

Ordered the food on the screen and it was okay but the windows were unclean, there were food bits all over the tables, and seats. The food was okay but the spicy mchicken had barely any spice, and I compared the spiciness to a single jalapeno seed. The poutine was really good though not better than homemade.

Went for breakfast. Food arrived v quickly. Pleasant staff. Polar opposite to the UK McD's experience nowadays, since they started specialising in delivery. You can wait well over 30 mins there.
I was hungry and thought I would go McDonald's but when I reach their their was a bad smelling of oil we somehow ordered but even the fries was smelling bad whole restaurant was smelling bad oil my expectation was high but went low when I reach their

It's McDonald's, low expectations on food. Their seating is always relatively clean. I use the app to order and not all cashiers know how to input that? Paid twice but canceled on the app later.

Location is not open 24 hours, despite branding. At 3:40am, I was told they open at 4am, and the drive-thru was pyloned off
