Waited 30 mins for someone to take a drink order while it wasn’t that busy and everyone else got service. Very expensive meals so you expect good service. Left without eating

Location is beautiful, staff were friendly and the food was delicious all while sitting almost on the beach watching the ocean roll in!

Food was very average at best for the price. The $31 beef dip hardly had any beef, the Caesar salad was brown and dry, the breakfast was overcooked. They added a 20% tip to the bill because we were a table of 6 and that was for brunch. $215 total no alcohol on bill

Had the chowder. It was good, not great but also cold.

Restaurant was only moderately busy but our service was quite slow. It seemed our waiter was servicing nearly all the patio (but for only a few tables) plus inside!

Wow what a view! Got best seats in the house. Very clean and quick drinks/food. Our Servicer Abigail was very attentive and had great conversation. But the star of the show was our hostess Anna. Very nice staff yummy food and great atmosphere. Looking forward to going back soon!

Whether you're a fan of exceptional Okanagan vintages or world-class California wines, the selection is extensive, thoughtfully curated, and offers something for every palate. It's the kind of wine list that encourages you to linger over another glass while watching the sun set over the water. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the service. Laura was an exceptional server—warm, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable dining experience. Drew, friendly warm welcome, ensuring every detail was seamless and thatI felt welcomed from beginning to end. This wasn't just dinner - it was an experience. Nee menu, great wine selection. Spectacular food, impeccable service, an incredible wine selection, and one of the most beautiful oceanfront dining rooms on Vancouver Island. Pacific Prime has earned a place among my favourite restaurants, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Five stars simply don't seem like enough.

The food is wonderful here, however even with a reservation, you are not guaranteed a table. Well we were staying at the hotel, because of the mix up they did offer room service however it was our last night there and I wanted it to be memorable for my grandson. We were told it would be a wait due to the fact that the patio is hard to get on. However our table was taken by some people who just walked out to the patio. Our reservation was at 7:15 and eventually we were told it was going to be quite a while for a table either inside or outside. Just before 8:00 they took us to the patio which by this time was empty.

So we ordered our food, me and one of my friends so they took her order like normal and then the wait the wait because it took like 10 minutes before our first North Atlantic, Cod now it was supposed to be someone else’s like 30 minutes for any over 30 minutes probably if I took so long we just gave up

This place is significantly better than a review rating of 3.9. I believe people have been trolling this plac. We had clam & mussels, then Tuna, and finished with gnocchi and salad. All were excellent, well prepared. The staff were attentive and helpful. Recommend.
