70 dollars, two large pizzas, delivered ice cold. Had to turn on the oven to heat them up. Quite disappointing.

Ordered your white jalapeño sauce On my pizza about two days ago and normally it is delicious in Courtney location Here it is disgusting made me regret giving you guys $60 for two pizzas by the way, which is crazy tasted sweet and almost like it was gone bad not spicy at all. Absolutely disgusting. Your steak is Chewy and gross all around bad look for The franchise totally think that this place should be shut down because with what I just tasted, that’s not food safe And I say it’s not food safe because yesterday I had to visit the hospital because I was having food poisoning symptoms thank you for that. By the way paid $60 to end up in the hospital. Will will be coming back in to get my money back 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

I have lived here for over 4 years and constantly been going to this panago 2-3 times a month. Over the last 2 years this store has gone to shit. The staff has changed & its very obvious there is 0 care in customer service or quality of product. I just recently ordered some pizza, they tell me 15 mins to pickup. I get there 25 mins later, pizza hasn't been made, they tell me just a couple minutes. I leave come back 10 minutes later still nothing. I start to lose my patience with one of the employees because she tries to tell me that the oven is broken. I said are you kidding me I can see other pizzas going through. She proceeds to laugh in my face & tell me they screwed up the pizza. I waited a total of 45 mins from when I hung up the phone to receiving my pizza. Brought it home, its missing ingredients that of course I paid for. This place is absolute trash & I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Check out the local spots like Craig Street pizza, not this garbage chain.

Ordered the New York Deli and recieved a pepperoni. I also ordered honey garlic wings and they weren't flavored, basically plain wings. I wasn't expecting greatness, but the right order would have been nice.

I was in town working for several days with a crew of 15. We counted on panago for a great lunch experience daily. A lot of our staff are vegetarian and thankfully panago has several types of veggie pizzas. Look forward to our next trip in town and their great food

As someone with dietary restrictions and allergies, I am highly impressed by this Panago. I always order the hot honey Brooklyn pepperoni on a GF crust with dairy free cheese and there has never been an issue. The staff have always taken caution during prep and delivered in a timely fashion. I recommend Panago pizza to everyone!

Went to 2 locations in Nanaimo, they told me they discontinued the beyond meat sausage on their pizzas - was disappointed as I’m not a fan of vegan pepperoni (they had this as the meat option). They also have vegan cheese.

Waiting hours for a pizza took till 1am to receive. Stone cold pizza the driver swore it was fresh but he lied. Horrible waste of money!!
