I have attempted to order 3 times in the last month, every single time they call 10 mins later and beg me to come pick up as they have no drivers, you are running a business that primarily delivers, hire more staff! Absolutely pathetic management.

If you can even get them to answer the phone. You will be waiting an exceptional amount of time over what the tracker says. I’ve even had my order all clear on the delivery address delivered two doors down for me and we waited over three hours for a pizza to be replaced After arguing that they’d deliver to the wrong address through any phone calls. No compensation made. Never have delivery drivers. And have missed parts of my order on numerous notifications as well. . If it wasn’t for how much I love Pizza Hut honestly they’re not worth ordering from in Parksville..

Im not sure if I have ever bothered giving a 1 star review but the service with this particular location was so absolutely ridiculous that I have to review it. Every order I made took at least 4 phone calls, my order was over an hour from the time they said it would arrive, I was constantly transfered, then put on hold and then simply hung up on. I have had less complicated experiences calling the CRA then trying to order a pizza from this place...and I hate calling the CRA. I will never order from this location again.

UPDATE upon filling out complaint form we were promptly called back and compensated appropriately for the experience . Appreciated
Whoever cooked tonight July 26, 2025 you may want to consider replacing them . Couldnt even not burn a cheese pizza and the bread sticks were also overdone & lacking flavor . I'll likely drive to nanaimo for my next few orders of pizza hut they never have disappointed. I am just too hungry to take this back & wait for replacement so maybe have a chat with staff about not sending out overcooked * flavorless food 🤔 or replace that cook 😐 will not be buying from here for awhile now 🤷♀️they even messed up the damn Cookie ! That however tasted dough like - undercooked

I was at first hesitant to try this location due to its low score, but most of the low score happened during the COVID and post COVID recovery period when they really struggled for staff. As of 2025 things are turned around as far as I could tell.
With that out of the way. At the moment I found the pizza to be better than the Nanaimo location. The service is good, there might be a little longer wait during dinner hours but it's not extremely long. The atmosphere is fine, modern and has tables and chairs for dining in if you like. I just hope they don't reverse back to the old ways as they are doing well at the moment.

Ordered delivery by phone. Told the person on the phone my address about 5 times, and they put in an address 30 minutes away in a completely different city. This is 100% the fault of the pizza hut store, not the delivery driver. The delivery driver did everything he could to get the pizza to me as quick as possible.
