Clean and fresh, this restaurant is great if you're a vegetarian or vegan, on keto or any low calorie or low fat diet.You can make substitutions it requests and everything is made in front of you mostly. I've been here a few times and the servings are always generous and worth the money.

I had a wrap platter ordered for lunch on my wedding day and I was blown away! My bridal party and I LOVED the food (majority of whom aren't vegan might I add). The owners were extremely helpful with my order and went out of their way to make sure they had a nice platter to display it on. I wish I could have snapped a pic before the food was devoured! I was so pleased to have access to a delicious, filling, and healthy meal to fuel me on my wedding day:) Cannot wait to come back to Parksville and try the rest of the impressive menu selection.

Had the Namaste bowl. Was looking forward to the curry-marinated vegetables, but when the bowl arrived, it didn't seem to have any. I asked, and found out that they were dehydrated vegetables, so they weren't that obvious. Fair enough, but it was disappointing... I was hoping for more substantial vegetables than what I got, which just got lost in the rice and spring mix.
