A diverse and interesting menu with lots of DF and GF options. Servers were lovely and atmosphere was too. Food was made with fresh, good quality ingredients, however, the items we chose weren’t as tasty as I’d hoped. The Ramen would be more appropriately called a chicken noodle soup — nothing else Ramen-like about it. The chicken sandwich was quite pricey for the size and was missing some oopmh. Grilled cheese for the little one was great! I’ll give the smoothies and salads a try next time

Basing this review solely off of one Sunrise smoothie. It was flavourless and $11. In my opinion, you need to have flawless smoothies to charge that much.
Person taking my order seemed a little sad or out of sorts.
Anyway, first and last time. I’m not local, so it’d probably have been my last time even if I loved it. Haha.

Had lunch at Realm and the chicken sandwich really stood out. The bread was nicely toasted, the filling was fresh and flavourful, and everything came together really well. It felt like a lot of care went into making it.
We also shared a few bowls at the table. Each one had a good mix of textures and fresh ingredients, and the dressings tied everything together without being too heavy.
Overall, a great spot for something fresh and satisfying. I’d go back.

We had some of their bowls and really appreciated their willingness to substitute some items for dietary needs etc. The bowls were really creative with really good flavour and we felt like the portions were fair. Everything we had was very delicious and we highly recommend.
