Ricky's All Day Grill - Parksville

We went to Ricky's after being evacuated from the Wesley ridge fire. We asked if they have discount to evacuees. We showed the server and manager a screenshot of the evacuation notice as well as our ID with our address and they still would not give a discount as we did not have a physical paper.

Brought my mom we enjoyed a great meal and dessert. Service was amazing by a lady with a sparkly pen named Annabel staff very friendly food great

Ricky's is hands down consistently the BEST restaurant in town!! The food, no matter what you order is always top notch!! The eggs Benny is perfect every single time, and the wings are always amazing!! We have never had a bad experience. And to top it off all of the staff are friendly, kind with superb customer service. Highly Recommend!!!

I always have a good meal and good service here, but I’d like to highlight our server from last night.
Unfortunately I didn’t keep my receipt and get her name but she was wearing a sparkly cardigan and had a sparkly pen which we commented on.
She was friendly, professional, kept on top of refills and clearing and generally had a lovely vibe.
Thanks to her we had a great time and I hope she sees this! ❤️⭐️❤️

We came here for last minute lunch on Christmas and the server was an absolute gem, totally on top of everything in spite of being packed.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are lots of large parking spots and the building is easily accessible for those in wheelchairs

What a great place to have a large group together for a dinner out! Our wait staff were great and the food was good too! The back room is an asset to this restaurant for sure!

Date visited, 11-12-2024, 9:35am. We were served in a booth to left side of the entrance.The food my wife and I ordered was good, the server wasn't. She has served us once before with the same result. Both times we ordered she didn't write down the order, she just took it from memory, and both times she brought the order she forgot something. I ordered eggs benny without hollandaise sauce and she brought them with. My wife who walks with a cane got tired of waiting for something she ordered and got up and walked over and asked her if she would mind bringing her order. This server has a very casual attitude and is unprofessional. She seems to like spending her time chatting with the backroom staff. As well the choice of music was to hard rock and loud for morning breakfast. It seems to match her attitude. Although we like this Ricky's location We won't be coming back. Not because of the food.
