Tried to order online for take out and got an error. Drove into town to order at the restaurant. They close at 8 pm. Arrived at 7:45 and was told that the kitchen is closed at 7:45. It is shockingly difficult to try to support local restaurants with the limited hours not a desire to serve customers. Will not waste my time next time.

yesterday (February 7th) I got a roll and ate about half of it, later woke up at 4am feeling very sick, never puked (yet) but I’ve had diarrhea and a fever all day today. it was a vegan roll so I assumed I’d be clear of any stomach bugs you can get from meat/fish, very disappointed, don’t eat here unless you wanna be sitting on the toilet the next day sweating.

Had lunch there Saturday Feb 3 and it was terrible. Service was fine but food was awful. The spicy tuna was warm, mushy and tasted off. The dynamite roll was OK but right rice not sticky and fell apart when eating. Sadly the gyoza was best thing I had. Will not return. Was not going to bother with bad review until Sunday my stomach blew up on me. Ate nothing else that could have caused such a violent reaction.

I've eaten here many times and it was great,however I ordered takeout and it was not good at all. Huge chucks of chicken with dried out edges in the roll. It was a waste of money as I could not eat it. Shredded chicken would have made a huge difference . Very

Absolutely amazing place to eat. I’m from Kamloops and it’s literally the first stop after the ferry docks. Amazing staff, amazing food and they have great prices for the amazing food they produce. If you venture to the island for business or pleasure this place is a must stop for food that fills you and tastes great. Highly recommend after many stops!

I’m pretty sure I just paid $18 for instant ramen noodles with some cabbage and meat in it. Definitely not a homemade soup, the half full soup container, short noodles, tiny vegetable bits also supports this conclusion.

waitress was pleasant enough, tuna sashimi was ok, but unfortunately the rest of the sushi was terrible. In particular the rainbow roll and dynamite roll were the worst I've ever had. Will not return, sorry for the bad review.
