Heard the ad on the radio about their turtles mocha, so thought i would give them a try. Wish I saved my money or turned off the radio. Either the barista had no idea how to make it or they are falsely advised. It was the worst coffee I have had. There was no chocolate flavor, no expresso flavor and no hazelnut. It tasted like she poured a drip coffee into my mug, and over killed that with cream and water. Paying over $6 for this trash i am not impressed.

First time going this morning, and it was such an amazing experience we went for lunch as well!!
The breakfast sandwich was flavorful, crisp and fresh.
One of the best we have ever had.
We tried the Serious Chicken Sandwich for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with a pickle sauce that was delightful.
Fresh greens and pickles added as well. The bun was toasted with cheese on top. The combination was incredible.
Their beverages are wonderful also.
The staff are pleasant and the atmosphere is festive and warm.
Not too noisy.

You meet local people. Service is fast and good. I subtract 2 stars since I am to pick up my own food and place dirty dishes in the bus pan. Despite this they still ask for tips. Working the till and cooking fails to make you my server so I don't feel bad about no tip.

I know it's likely a setup you had no control over but when I use my card at dollarama the machine doesn't prompt me for a tip.

Go down and enjoy this place. Wide open space where people are friendly.

I got some baked goods and coffee. When I was picking up my coffees I asked the gentleman behind the counter if the bag of goodies were mine and he rudely responded that he wouldn’t know since he didn’t take my order at the cashier ! as if I need to keep track of their orders and make sure that specific items in a bag was mine not any other customer’s ! 😅” so cheeky for a morning coffee - seriously serious 😝

I got a sandwich & tea. I asked for almond milk in my tea and was given barely any. I politely asked for a small amount more thinking it was no big deal and was told by the rude, gormless middle-aged women behind the counter that they “couldn’t take an order back into the kitchen once it had gone out” or some such irrelevant nonsense. When I suggested they put a bit in a cup for me to add to my tea myself, she then changed tack and informed me that I’d already had my allotted portion. It was bizarre. The sandwich (egg salad) was bland and the bread was dry. Very disappointing. I generally don’t leave reviews, but this place was terrible enough that I felt compelled to do so. NOT recommended.

Only had a coffee meeting. It is noisy in here. Quite busy. We were there at 11 had a choice of table for 2 or 6 there was 3 of us had to use bigger table. Coffee mugs are big and go with the price. Bakery looked pretty good. Would come again on occasion

- burnt toast.

English muffin eggwich
-so tough couldn't bite thru it
- the egg is microwaved.

I'd have been more satisfied flushing the $30 down the toilet. What a rip off.
