This is so gross, Starbucks just rinses there dishes with water to clean them, you need to use dish soap and water to properly wash your dishes

The ago dragon fruit lemonade was “so-so” but the blackberry sage refresher was 🔥
lindsay is honestly The best employee here, she served me with politeness and she was so funny and kind. She brought a smile to my face. It’s honestly nice to get a breath of fresh air and get a kind funny serve server
This is the fifth time I’ve ordered matcha strawberry from this location, and there’s been an issue every time. I usually order online during my lunch break, so I don’t have time to keep coming back to get it fixed.
The problems have included:
• Not being blended properly
• I requested No Ice, but it was full of ice
• Last time, I specifically asked for extra strawberries, but none were added
It’s really frustrating because it feels like no attention is given to customer orders.
It was a Starbucks drive-thru
We always stop here coming through- We've been to every Starbucks from C.River to Victoria, and this location makes the BEST Frappuccinos. Always friendly service at the window.
Waited 20+ minutes (while stuck in line and unable to leave). Staff were not friendly, and seemed annoyed to be working.
I'll be visiting local coffee shops from now on.

symone is the best employee i have ever seen. My coffee was divine perfection, i could not tip enough. you should immediately give her a raise and a promotion as she is the kindest most hard working young woman i have ever had the pleasure of talking to.

coffee is too strong and whats with all these other drinks, not a place gen x type of place who just want a decent coffee. they charge way too much for something you could pave a hiway with. went through drive through staff was pleasent.
Crowded, noisy, 1 of our 2 orders was quite wrong and 1 order was forgotten.
