I ordered iced venti matcha latte last time and they mistakenly made it hot drink, I was too shy to let them know so just drank it, but to be honest I hate hot drinks and always go for iced even in the winter season. But today I went in again and ordered the same thing and made sure they got the order as iced, explaining what happened with other girl last time. The girl named Lindsay said she feels sorry for what happened last time and that I could have asked for the new one and they would’ve replaced. I said I will do that next time thanks for letting me know. Lindsay said I could take today’s drink for free, that I don’t need to pay cause she feels sorry for what happened with my iced drink the other day. I was so happy with her offer , I remember Lindsay always provide the best kind customer service, she’s full of knowledge about the menus, and I wanna thank her again for this time too. She’s just amazing, I’m thinking she might be the manager? She’s such an experienced woman as a Starbucks server.

I’ve been coming here for almost a decade now and can’t say enough about the level of service and dedication this particular SB team put out.

A BIG shout out to Katie, Laura and Chris, who have been here for my entire time of being a customer. They deserve a personal thank you from the powers above (smile).

The whole team are amazing too…maybe I’ll see some of them here in another 10 years.

There’s a reason Starbucks are obviously a great company to work for when you have a long serving dedicated crew like this one.

I had a Ham & Swiss Croissant, Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Matcha Latte, the matcha latte was so good! It warmed me up for the afternoon, I really loved it. The staff was very kind and attended me and my family super fast. I recommend this place for people who love a cold\hot drink. The only think is they use a flag that make me and my family uncomfortable… so I will not come back until they use CANADA 🇨🇦 flag, so I will see I’m welcome there.

Was there for 40 minutes for an order a head. Went at the estimated time for pick up. I understand being busy, I work in health care but I never got my stuff I went over my lunch break waiting and had to get a refund in the end. I could see people working hard but at the same time, was it necessary to take time to write “ live laugh love “ on every cup? I just wanted my coffee, I’m a tired health care worker. If this place is so high in demand and busy I suggest they hire more staff or pay their staff more. I use to go here everyday. Gold Starbucks member. I stopped. I go to our local coffee shop now. Starbucks isn’t worth it anymore.

Give Lindsay a raise!!! Awesome barista and an amazing personality to go with it. Loved our experience juat stopping in quick to grab a drink and pastry. She made a 15 minute experience memorable…. 👍👏

I'd never been to such a dirty, messy Starbucks before. I was stunned at how every surface from the front and back counter, to the tables and coffee sugar station was an absolute mess and looked like they weren't even cleaned the night before closing... I was there at 9:30am on a Saturday. No toilet paper in either bathrooms and they were so gross I just had to walk out. The girls were sweet and obviously busy but man, clean as you go ladies!
