The person taking our order did not listen to what I wanted and questioned the toppings I wanted also 1/4 of the sub was empty. This location is going down hill with product and customer service. Its time to do better subway.

Hair in our food. Every. Single. Time. This is the first review I’ve ever left in my life. My family avoids both parksville subways because of how often we find long black hair in our food, we went again today hoping it wouldn’t happen because the food is decent, but low and behold my boyfriend pulls a long black hair out of his mouth while he’s eating. Terrible cleanliness, but tastes good.

Very disappointed. We usually lunch at your place and do frequently visit. Ordered 3 footlongs and JOJO maid it for us. He was a trainee. I think trainee should be made learnt on smaller orders. He took exceptionally longer and could make it right. Others were trying to help but i think he refused and continued to do it. Later while grilling the stuff from inside fell out and was just put again into it picked up from the oven. Neither the subways were cut nicely from centre. Also the bread got crumbled to one side due to mishandling and then while eating made it super difficult. Extremely dissatisfied l.

The staff are getting really skimpy on the ingredients when making your sandwich. You ask for pickle and they space it out, instead of one after another. You ask for lettuce and they barley sprinkle lettuce on. I don't think corporate had this in mind for making sandwiches. To me it's misrepresentation, the images on the wall show lots of ingredients, but in reality they are being really light. I think the new owners should stop being so cheap. If the owners want to be skimpy put up a disclaimer on the wall that you don't get full ingredients, and they should reduce the prices they charge.

Did a mobile order pick up, they got everything right and the food was great. Those dang paper bags though. They rip right when you go to pick them up. Subs hit the floor but stayed wrapped ?

I had an extraordinary experience at this subway. Staff were the most polite and welcoming staff ive seen in Canada. The quality of the subway was out of this world! The chairs were very confortable and the windows very clean. Wait time was almost 0 and staff executed everything like if they had military training! I cannot stress enough how this subway is in a different category.
