We went here while on vacation, and the place was open late, which was perfect for us. There was only one person working, but they were very nice and helpful. We loved bowling here, and it was the most fun we had on our trip. Thanks for making a couple of tourists feel welcome! We will be back again.

The owner is so incredibly rude. Absolutely zero customer service skills....just seems to be bothered by doing his job. Total waste of time going to this dump. Splitsville is 100 times better and that's where I'll be going from now on.

Started off ok, only one member of staff working. Played one game without issue paid for 2 more, pins and balls wouldn't come back. Member of staff was at the bar, and wouldn't come over to help. By the time he finally came back 20 minutes had gone by. We ended up leaving at that point, despite not having played the games we paid for. The overall venue feels like it's being run as cheap as possible, all the pinball machines are unplugged, likely to save money.

Terrible place, old, dated, worn and rude, abrasive staff - we left feeling ripped off and angry.It was my wife's 52 birthday and we had booked a few activities before going out to dinner and bowling was the first. We had not bowled since our kids were young, but we had reserved a bowling lane for 1 pm on a Friday afternoon.The woman operator was late so it was after 1 before we paid and got our shoes - she talked to me as though she was doing me a favour by being there. All of the lanes were booked for the same time, so it was a full house and no masks were required. I wanted to pay for an hour as was advertised rather than by the game , but I was told they charged by the game. I paid for 2 games each ($26) and she said "you can always pay for more" if I still wanted to play. Our 2 games lasted about 25 minutes total and when I went to pay for another one, I was told my lane had been booked by someone else for 1:30. WHAT?!! There was a woman and child waiting for us to leave. She refused to sell us another game and we had to leave. There were 3 other groups there who did not have their time limited - why was I singled out? I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.PS: My wife passed away shortly after so this was the last birthday I spent with her. Still makes me angry 3 years later
