Have to say food was ok,service was not impressive from the kitchen staff. My partners meal was out a full 15 minutes prior to my meal, would of been cold had he of waited for mine to arrive. Not impressed at all! When you come to dine in a restaurant with someone and go to eat....you expect to eat together!

We were some of the first customers when the restaurant opened, the food was absolutely delicious! The service was great too. Best tempura I've had for a long time, and their signature roll was out of this world! Highly recommend :-

If you really like sushi go else where the chicken don was pretty good but the rolls were barely better then a grocery store. The rice had that kinda dry texture.. The spring rolls are less than 2 inches and have no filling, also if you pay for extra sauce you get less than an ounce..

Moved here a couple years ago & this has the best vegan options for sushi in Parksville! Staff are incredible & super friendly. Great prices! Favourite sushi spot for sure!Vegetarian options: Tons of vegan options!
Ordered take out, tried a variety of dishes.Nigiri sushi was great, the salmon and inari was very tasty and a good portion size.The rolls were nice and consistent, the tempura was crunchy and not greasy.The fresh fish was nice and fresh. Not much more you could ask for.Thank you for a great meal.

I wanted to love this sushi place as it’s close to our home. The rolls were acceptable, not great, but the gomae was awful (have they ever tried gomae?) and they did not follow our simple instructions (sauce on the side please) for our agadeshi tofu .. which was disgusting. I dunno, maybe it was an off night for them, they were not busy .. now I understand why.

Probably the worst sushi I have ever had. Absolutely no flavor to the rolls. Bento box was also bland. Teriyaki chicken did not taste like teriyaki and was dry. Octopus balls were cold in middle, sent back for new ones. They were still not great, mushy in middle. Service was okay. Definitely wouldn't ever eat here again.

Sometimes the coolest, best spots are hidden gems like this which seem unassuming, but provide fantastic food at reasonable prices.I have been coming here regularly for the past 3 years, and will continue to do so as long as I live on the island! Their Katsu Don bowl is among the best I've ever had, and their sushi is delicious.Friendly service, reasonable prices... can't ask for more!
