How can dropping of a prepaid UPS package be a bad experience? That’s what I would have thought. 🤯 Avoid this place if you can. The person I dealt with was rude & unprofessional. He refused to attach the commercial invoice to the package or scan it into the system.

I drop my UPS packages off here quite frequently for my business and recently I’ve been running into issues with the man who works here refusing to scan my packages into the system while I’m there. And when I’ve asked to see the confirmation that he’s scanned my items in, he refuses to show me on their scanning device. This has never been an issue in the past for the 3 years I’ve been dropping packages off here, just in the last couple of months. And only an issue with him.
I find this highly suspicious since it’s standard protocol to let customers see that their items have been processed into the UPS system.
I nicely asked a few times if I could just take a picture of the phone screen showing the tracking number has been entered into the UPS system and he refused.
This makes no sense, and when I contacted UPS they said he should absolutely NOT be declining confirmation to customers.
If these packages end up lost, customers have no confirmation that the items were processed into UPS’s system, making it almost impossible to file a claim on a missing package.
Some of the packages I’m dropping off are around $800 in value so it’s not a risk I’m willing to take, and will no longer be using Temple Store as a drop off point.

Drove down there asked if UPS had come yet she said YES, pointed to the stacks of packages there, she looked baffeled and said oh maybe I dont know. "What time do they come?"I asked she said I dont know its different every day, pushing more she said ussally 3:30. It was 3:33 on a Friday. then she said UPS might not come at all. Pressed again for more on this not much more to go on. It was one of the most unhelpful converstations I had in a long while. Not sure what was going on inside her brain, was hesitant to leave my packages with her.

What a bunch of crooks...bought a torch lighter...it failed to work instantly, and they refused refund or exchange...even hung up on me!
Surprisingly nice selection of pop, candy, etc. Definitely nicer inside than it is on the outside. Fairly priced as well. Will be back!
