The food was great and the customer service was even better. Kathy was friendly and helpful. In the short time it took to place the order, she treated us with care and attention. The quality of her customer service far exceeded what I have come to expect at fast food restaurants.
Parking: I would recommend making at least one more wheelchair accessible spot that is wider than the one I saw because it is hard to have a wheelchair or walker alongside another closely parked vehicle.

Well, we went through the drive thru, was asked to pay then they handed us the wrong order. We explained that this wasn't our order and they said they would be right back. Then they came back to the window and asked for more money $16.00 additional. Confused we explained we had just given him $50.00 cash he gave us back $15.00, why would he want more money for two meals?? He said you only paid for one meal? I said $33 00 is the cost for one meal? That's when his manager came to the window and explained that we had only paid $16.00 I showed him the change and they insisted that we needed to pay an additional $16.00 to get our meals. I got upset the manager then tells me to calm down....I explained that I came out for a meal at his business and paid for the meals and that if I didn't get my meals he would see upset. We got our meals and we left. NEVER AGAIN !!!! Business are failing because of staff who treat customers their livelihood like is really not needed. No problem this fast food joint will no longer see our business. What a joke and unpleasant experience.

9am Friday June 14. Walked in, one table occupied. Took 10 minutes to get noticed. Ordered the $5.00 advertised special. Got a dripping wet sausage egg sandwich instead.you guys should all go try the Wendy’s in Nanaimo. Their food is great! Yours, not so much.
