Just love this wonderful, cozy spot in Peachland. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff. Definitely a must go restaurant! Can’t wait to sit on their patio this summer!

Schnitzel tasted like it came out of a freezer. Pickled red cabbage was poured out of a jar. Barely hot. Pork was like an old pork chop. Very dissappointed. Will not go back.

Mulled wine was very week supposed to smell very strongly - did not, food was good but education from waiter was not nessasary about paying cash instead of credit card - should be policy for employees not talk about business with customers if you need paying cash please posted on you menu or posted on web site

We went here for our Christmas party and boy was it awesome when we showed up they had hats and shirts for everyone to wear and we had the medieval feast and it was meat heaven. They bring out the main course in the biggest cast iron dish you've ever seen with six different types of meat so good as well as a German noodle and potatoes and two types of cabbage and the apple strudel dessert with ice cream is delicious, great atmosphere good service, it's a must do but you will need a group of people cause there is so much food 👍👍 will go back for sure

A "one of a kind" type restaurant. If you like German food, eat here.

Rather surprising to find an authentic, charming Bavarian restaurant in Peachland on the Okanagan Lakeshore. My buddies and I hail from Penticton, Kelowna and Coldstream and meet every Christmas season to celebrate our decades-long friendship. The cuisine remains true to the German tradition of schnitzels, cabbage and bratwurst but also offers a wide selection of pastas, pizza, burgers and salads. Also, of course, a great selection of European beers. This year we included our significant others and pretty much everyone took home a doggie bag because the meals are ample!

Truly an authentic german experience! Right down to the food and ambiance, this place is incredible. Whenever we visit Peachland, Gasthaus is a mandatory stop. Wish there was a second location closer to home. Service is always top notch. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, great decor and atmosphere. Don't feel in Canada when in there. The food was delicious and it was also a big plate. Service was exquisite, the waiter was super friendly and kind. Strongly recommend and I'll be sure to return next time I'm in the valley.

We went for lunch with our elderly friends who do not go out very often as a special treat. We are Peachland residents and had not been to The Gasthaus for some time and were looking forward to the experience. We were very disappointed.
Our friends ordered French Onion soup and before they had finished eating the main entrees were brought out. Our friends apologized to us for eating too slowly. It definitely was not their fault but kitchen and server error.
Our food was mediocre. We had stuffed mushrooms to share and vegan bratwurst with the entrees being very dry.
Not the pleasant experience we had been looking forward to and we will not be returning. The prices are high for what you get.
The whole place now seems tired.

We went Thanksgiving holiday and there were only two staff on. Not really clean tables.

Wheelchair accessibility: No problem getting the wheelchair and walker into the front tables. The ramp from the sidewalk is very steep.

Stopped in on our way through Peachland. The whole property is so inviting from thecourtyard through and smells amazing. The atmosphere inside is rustic and the fireplace is reminiscent of an old hearth. Cool details like the exposed wood beams and the German coins in the tabletops make this place even more special. The food was really good and came out hot and in a reasonable amount of time for fresh food. I had the schnitzel sandwich and it was delicious! My friend had the jumbo bratwurst and spätzle which was fantastic as well. The price point is a bit high but well worth it. Would absolutely recommend stopping by!
