I started my first batches of wine with Ela not long ago and am totally in love! Not only is the wine absolutely amazing, you can afford to experiment with different types (can you say Pink Lemonade?) for fun as well have an abundance of your "adulting" wine. The blends she offers are incredibly tasty and the price can't be beat.
Ella posted a while ago for a recipe of Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, we made this today, it recommended topping with fresh basil and parmigiana and serving toasted garlic cheesy bread. We paired it with an Atmosphere Chardonnay Riesling, it was very awesome,
If your wine stock is dwindling , Ella is the one to call Excellent service and great affordable wine.
