Carol the owner cook server was a Gem of a find. Great personality and customer service. 2 pieces of chunky delicious halibut perfect fries and the best coleslaw was the perfect place for a scenic Peachland Lunch. Enough leftover for a take home dinner Thank You 😊 Carol for a yummy lunch.

Perfect size portion for lunch. Had a late lunch off season, it was quiet but lovely, friendly service. Poutine was traditional and fish tacos were very tasty.

Well, I’m a maritimer and this was easily the best fish and chips I have ever had. The fish was 10/10 and the breading was so thin, it was incredible.

Great place to stop for ice cream or a bite to eat. The service was friendly and quick. The perch has a light breading and tasty sauce and the french fries tasted fresh cut! Would recommend to travellers or locals.

Went last weekend, the customer service was not friendly, the girl never smiled, took order and handed us the debit machine we were like um can we get drinks?????? Then only 4 ketchup packets for our 2 orders...charged for ketchup, utensils, ect We won't go back due to service and lack of ketchup for the serving size. Price was not cheap would rather pay to sit at the pub and get friendly service. Customer service is huge for us...then are hands us the debit machine after being annoyed we wanted drinks ? and the screen was set at tip amount....???? That's a 0....
The fish and chips are excellent! I love that the batter is light and cooked to perfection. The fries are seasoned just right and my husband absolutely loved the popcorn shrimp. The kids enjoyed their chicken fingers and were pleased with the ice cream selection for dessert. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Peachland

Ordered a two piece fish and chips, big serving with any of the fixings you want. It was a perfect mid-day stop to our rainy, dog walk staycation. Nothing beats a hot meal by the lake on a cooler summer day. Worth the drive if you’re in the valley. Take out, walk the lake and stop back for an ice cream! ?
Parking: Street parking and check the sides and alleys, the community is walkable, flat and 30 KM driving speed.

My family and I decided to stop at the park across the street for a break in our travels.
I really love fish and chips so I was excited to see what Ships-Ahoy had to offer. We got two orders of the fish and chips (cod) and some chicken tenders and fries. The young man working the counter was friendly as was the girl who gave me my order.
The batter was crispy and the portions were a very good size. While three of the pieces were very good, one was quite dry and struck me as being a bit overcooked.
Will definitely try again, but next time I will have the halibut.
