Fantastic ice cream. Great views.
Very expensive , fish was tasteless , stopped here because had good reviews definitely not good
Yum. This spot was casual and friendly. We ordered the fish and chips, coleslaw and mushy peas, which we so homey and fresh. We ate by the water in the park. So cute for a date idea.
Stopped by Ships-A-Hoy Fish and Chips for a quick lakeside meal while visiting from Alberta, and it hit the spot! It’s a take-out style fish joint right on the lake, which makes it perfect for grabbing your food and enjoying it by the water. The fish portions were generous, with a great cod-to-batter ratio — lots of fish in every bite! The batter itself was a bit on the mild side and could’ve used a bit more seasoning for our taste, but still nice and crispy. The poutine on the side was a winner — cheesy, saucy, and well-balanced. Great little stop for a casual meal with a view!
Great fish and chips. Hand cut fries, batter is light and seasoned the right way. Cod was moist and flaky. Great portions. We will be back!
Fish was on a little on the dry side. Expected more reading reviews. I have had much better fish and chips else where. I thought cod was better than the halibut.
Some of the best fish & chips I’ve ever had, the fish was halibut and was not dried out quite moist, the chips were fresh potatoes and very good, if you are in Peachland the Ships Ahoy is a must!!!
Hands down best fish and chips btwn Vernon and Penticton.
There's something exceptional with small scale family-run food. You can actually taste the love in it. My new go-to.
This is a cute little fish and chips place. Hand cut fries, perfectly cooked fish and crispy batter. All of the staff were friendly and prices are good considering it was halibut and shrimp I ordered.
I’ve been here twice now and it is consistent. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in town and want to have some great fried food.
If you crave a poutine in town: that's the place. Halibut is excellent as well!

Perfect size portion for lunch. Had a late lunch off season, it was quiet but lovely, friendly service. Poutine was traditional and fish tacos were very tasty.

Well, I’m a maritimer and this was easily the best fish and chips I have ever had. The fish was 10/10 and the breading was so thin, it was incredible.
We will be back again!
